We are located in the middle of the beautiful Yarra Valley which is renowned for its wine and food. We are 5 minutes from the Warburton Rail Trail which can be accessed at Woori Yallock. A functioning 50 acre cherry farm with a separate 10 acre paddock adjoining a dam. The cherry blossom is in full bloom in September and we pick fruit in December. The farm is fully netted but the Hipcamp site is outside of the nets and accessible by gravel driveway with bitumen roads all the way to the front gate. You are free to walk around the orchard and enjoy the beautiful vista of the Dandenong Ranges. You will not have any neighbours looking on you and we are at the other side of the property. This will give you plenty of privacy. We are in the heart of the Yarra Valley with Seville, Warburton and Healesville nearby. Pets are welcomed but will have to be on a leash. As we are a working farm, we require all campers to be self contained and leave no trace. Nice spacious and quiet location very private, host was very friendly and helpful with any request from us. Fire drum provided. Enough room for a large group. Had a great time.

Serenity close to Melbourne
We arrived at Cherry Camp and were welcomed by Darren who showed us where we could park the caravan. He then took us for a tour of his farm and explained all about the area and his farm….. how interesting. We loved this site as it was quiet and secure while only being less than an hour from the centre of Melbourne. Would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the Dandenong wineries, orchards etc

We loved our stay at Darren’s Cherry farm. We learnt lots about the farming process which was very interesting. The site is private and peaceful. Great views of the night sky. Darren’s hospitality was 11/10 !

Spent a couple of nights at Darren’s place and I wish I would have stayed longer! Awesome private and beautiful place. Darren was very accommodating and was always available if I needed something. I went solo camping, the place was great for it as there is totally private and great place to walk around.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. The site was private with beautiful surrounds, and the open invitation to roam and find cherries to pick and eat was a lovely bonus. The toilet block was a short walk away and open to use whenever we needed, and the fire drum with ample firewood which was all included in our stay was wonderful. Great location a short drive to the bike trail and any shops you might need. Highly recommend a visit.
