Dan found this special place back in 1996. We didn’t move on site until 1999 and still haven’t build our dream home. The years were full of raising our four daughters on this beautiful property. The girls had horses, enjoyed snowmobiles, four wheeling, ice skating, kayaking, sliding parties, camping, picking wild berries and playing in the woods. We had a Christmas tree farm and enjoyed sharing the property and horses with our customers. We now enjoy all this with our two grandsons. It seems only right to share what we have been so blessed to enjoy all these years with others. Learn more about this land: Park your RV or pitch your tent and take some time to relax. Take a walk through the woods, take your kayak out on Otter Creek starting at the base of our driveway or relax with a campfire. Visit Blazer or ring the humongous bell, and check out the wildlife. Do you have a dog? Enjoy the freedom of letting it run and play in the small ponds in the woods. You are most likely to hear the train whistle a time or two. Wake up to beautiful sunrise to start your day off right!

I really liked this place. Peaceful for sure and a good sized area to spread out next to horse pastures. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Nice picnic table, fire ring and outhouse. Great location to access lot's of outdoor activities too. I'll be going back someday.

Great spot!

Great private, level, large site. Mostly grasses so mud wasn't much of an issue. I arrived in the freezing rain, woke up to a couple of inches, and it snowed all day. It was beautiful! The site is well packed and mostly grass, so as the snow melted it was still from and not too muddy. Decent outhouse. Melinda and Dan are very nice. Welcoming but not intrusive. I would go back.

Melinda's farm is absolutely magical! They are wonderful hosts! So kind and open and generous. It's a beautiful spot to spend a couple of nights under the stars!
