2024 total eclipse
In the path of the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse.
Sharing a little space we love as a family with a beautiful path to a little secluded river spot all your own. Our home is in fix up stages so unfortunately there is no access to that area at this time. It’s a very convenient walk to the Dog River to pick another spot all to your own. We hope you enjoy our little spot not having to pay exorbitant fees somewhere else and enjoying the outdoors... as life should be 🌸🤍🌸 Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent on our back field, treed, lovely stream, swing-set and fire-pit. Dog River is a 2 minute walk for swimming, fishing, kayaking and tubing. Private and no access to main house. Small residential neighborhood but private. 5 miles to Montpelier and 5 miles to Northfield/Norwich University. Hike, bike and enjoy your little oasis or The Dog RiverPitch your tent on our back field, treed, lovely stream, swing-set and fire-pit. You’ll have a grill with propane… bonus (I may even leave you hot dogs and beans if I have time) * this is NOT in the middle of the woods camping… this is by Route 12 with sounds of traffic during the day … hardly at night. I’m offering a piece of my land that I find amazing for a fraction of the price for a hotel in the Northfield/Norwich/Montpelier Area… I don’t want to see you or doat on you… not that I won’t if I am available… lol 😝
