Refuge Hill Homestead Site 1
Excellent Woodsy Camping
Refuge Hill Homestead camp is a cozy, peaceful, and delightful spot. We had a fantastic time. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, and very communicative and helpful with any questions or needs. We stayed in Site 1 surrounded by trees and felt immersed in camping in the woods. The hosts have set up picnic tables and twinkly lights. The site #1 had easy access to electricity, water, and sewage hookups. The property is easily accessed. It was easy to get our 20 ft trailer into the spot. Each site was spaciously set apart for privacy. I would highly recommend this spot. It was excellent!

Camping and relaxation
What a wonderful pocket of paradise in the Black Hills National Forest. Marissa and David were lovely hosts. A herd of over 100 Elk wander their property. Listened to baby elk baaa in the evening. Very friendly pets greeted us throughout our stay.

Great spot in near Hot Springs
Just as described. Quiet and minimal but beautiful spot. Parking was easy, and the spot was level. You must like cats and dogs as they come by to say "Hello" and want to play or hang out. The hosts are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to explore the southern Black Hills from.
