We have 10 acres, it used to be a phosphate mine, now it’s just beautiful land with lovely trees and peace. We have our home on the backside of the property but are more than willing to share our beautiful spot for travelers that may need a place to stay to visit Beaufort or Parris Island or even an overflow spot when Hunting Island cannot accommodate you every day. Learn more about this land: Private, semi woodsy, Level site with water, septic and electric, can accommodate up to 40’ trailer/camper. 5th Wheels with may have a very tough time with anything larger than a 40' trailer, truck combo. We do have 30 amp and 50 amp for larger campers, as well as you own Internet for the site. Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away, if you want to visit the beautiful Hunting Island. Several salt water boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. Bring your RV and your boat.Private, semi woodsy, Level site with water, septic and electric, and private internet.  The site can accommodate up to 45 feet of camper. 5th Wheels may have a problem with anything over 45-50 total truck and trailer combo, but it can be accomplished if skilled. EXTRA DIRECTIONS Due to google maps being incorrect and taking people past the site, I have changed the address to a street number. You will see the number on a monument in front of you on the right-hand side of the road. This is where you will turn right, follow back about 20 yards past small bamboo bushes and it will be through the gate on the right. The Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away if you would like to visit the beautiful Hunting Island.  Several salt water boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. Bring your RV and your boat.

Perfect Campsite
We had the best time camping on Liz’s land! The campsite was so convenient to everything, we had plenty of privacy, and they went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. They were the definition of hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

A Favorite
The amenities were in functional order, clean with easy access. We were visiting family in the area, so did not have the opportunity to meet our hosts. The site they have set up is wooded with privacy, although you can hear traffic, during daylight it is quiet in the evenings. There’s a nice fire pit with a lean two type shelter. The owners recently placed sod outside the stoned fire pit area-which will add a nice touch. Septic was a plus!!-Rarely offered and greatly appreciated. Thank you for a peaceful and lovely stop😊

Great piece of property so close to anything and everything. It was super nice to have the privacy of being the only ones there and full hook up is always a plus! It was a little bit close to a road but it wasn’t busy or loud at night. We would stay here again to be in the Beaufort area.

Winter escape for a few weeks
This is a wonderful wooded site. Plenty of privacy. A few houses nearby but enough trees and undergrowth that you feel separate. Easy, well maintained hookup for electric, water and sewer.

Third stay here, close to town and groceries but far enough away! Thanks Liz!
