Amazing views

I have 8 sites at the moment each one is in a open bushland setting with lovely views, no site is within 100 meters of another and each one has a different view with lots of privacy, and all Dog and Kid friendly, shallow water, and deep water for swimming or kayaking , creeks, animals to feed and heaps of room to run and play. Adult friendly, huge sites for big groups and plenty of space, great swimming and lots of things to here and in the surrounding areas. Some sites are more suited to Caravans as the access is better and some are better suited to campers / 4WD but all can be accessed with a regular car. We have NO road frontage so sites are private, quiet and safe and only 3ks off the New England Highway. All campers MUST bring their own Chemical toilet and shower facilities. A small rest room and shower is available in case of emergency only I run a working farm raising Sheep and Lambs, Chickens, Ducks, Horses, Donkeys, Vegies, Preserves and Jams. Farm produce is available on request and availability, eg Free range eggs , farm raised Lamb, locally sourced Bacon for the BBQ , and seasonal vegetables, jams and chutneys. Thanks to the Beautiful rain we have had recently, our large dam is full, providing a wonderful spot for swimming, paddling or just splashing about, the Dam has long sloping access so is great for families and dogs, PLEASE NOTE The Google Maps photo is way out of date, our Dam is full. For those who may be into Waterskiing or Fishing Leslie Dam is a 10 min drive away and offers fishing and water sports then come back to your quiet camp away from the crowds. We are 20 min South of Warwick, We are only 30 min from the Stanthorpe Wineries, Breweries fresh fruit and Vege, Cheese factory to name a few things to do. A little further along you will find Girraween National Park renowned for amazing walks. Warwick Hosts the Biggest and Best Campdraft and Rodeo on the last full week of October (Covid permitting) as well as the quirky Jumpers and Jazz festival in July. Steam Train Journeys , half or full days, We have an amazing motor sport venue which holds meet every weekend, cars bikes, vintage, minis, Porsche's, you name it they race it every weekend. As well as many Equestrian Events, you can spend the day out exploring and then you can come back to your beautiful campsite, that is if you have not decided to stay relaxing and swimming for the day in the quiet watching the sheep and horses pass bye to then watch the Sunset and wildlife then look at the amazing night sky. Children under 13 free We are also Dog Friendly (conditions apply)

Great few days over Easter. Thanks for sharing Cathy. Enjoyed our few days on your property. The various campsites are spread out over the property not too far away so you feel like Robinson Crusoe, but far enough away to provide plenty of privacy eg. a couple of hundred metres. Lots of open space and open views. Cathy plods about the property going about her business but otherwise leaves you to your own company. There was sufficient water in the dam to create a nice ambience and a bit of birdlife which was a bonus.

Peaceful and private
The property was absolutely stunning, it was very peaceful and every camp spot was hundreds of metres apart so felt really private. The animals were all chill as, they would roam around you but not come into your spot. Definitely recommend for families and anyone who loves themselves some serenity.

Fantastic Farm Stay
We recently had the pleasure of visiting Carrington over the Easter break. Cathy was an exceptional host, and the camp grounds were extremely well spaced out. Plenty of animals for the kids too! We will be back!

Perfect spot for families
We camped over the Easter long weekend and cannot recommend it enough. Cathy was very responsive, even came around to check everything was going well. We have small children and they were entertained the entire time with the dam and the animals. We will be back

Best by far for kids and fur babies
I loved every part of this site. The sunset, the animals, the dam, the host, it was by far the best site I have found for kids and my pug. Cathy the host was spectacular and even made homemade chilli jam which was the best I ever had and finished off our cheese platter perfect. This will now become our new family site for every Easter. One word for this site, SPECTACULAR!

Beautiful countryside that was so peaceful. Very large camping areas. It was lovely to look at the water it looked different all the time. It was nice to look at all the animals walking around. I would definitely recommend this great site it was clean and well maintained.
