WINTER CAMPING EXPERIENCE Are you the type of person that enjoy testing their limits and love being outside of their comfort zone? If your answer is YES, then this glamping opportunity is just for you! Disclaimer: it really is cold inside the dôme (yes, for real), even with the help of our wood stove.

So it really is a winter camping experience. That being said, here are the advantages of choosing this dome! *Please read to the end to determine if the dome is the right accommodation for you this winter.* Why choose this winter camping dome? For starter, no need to bring your tent, no trying to put up an awning in the dark or in a snow storm; the Dome is already up and ready to welcome you!
No sleeping on the ground, a bed is waiting with bedding provided. (We strongly suggest you bring your sleeping bags as well)
. No need to use your camping stove as the wood stove is available to heat up your meals and coffee. (You can bring your own firewood or we can provide some on site for extra charge)
. Basic cooking equipment (full list below) will make you happy.
No need to dig a latrine in the forest. A wonderful albeit cold portable toilet is waiting for you in a little cabin just outside the dome.

This winter, choose camping at it’s simplest! Very

Important: The Dome is only accessible with high-clearance 4-WHEEL DRIVE vehicles during the winter.  The dome provides, during the winter time, a true wilderness experience that requires Basic wilderness skills and a willingness to accept the challenges of such an adventure. It is completely off of the grid meaning no electricity and no water or shower available. We welcome backcountry skiers, wildlife enthusiasts, hikers and anyone else who enjoys the challenge of winter camping.

Not enough for you and wanting more? Explore 35 km of panoramic slopes suitable for all levels at le Baluchon, 32 minutes away from your Dome.
Prefer snowshoeing? At le Parc Récréoforestier, you will fall in love with la Chute du Diable loop (9 km) or you can opt for shorter loops ( from 3,4 km to 7 km). All this located 14 minutes away from your Dôme.
