Camping with a view! The property is right on the Rogue River and feels like you're away from it all, but 8 min drive into downtown Grants Pass. I mostly do air bed and breakfast so this new to me, Im sure there are details to iron out. Just let me know what I can do to improve your stay. 

This is a 420 and mushroom friendly property.

You have two choices to camp at my place. Bathroom is in my cabin, just knock.

The first one is for tent camping and in a wooded area across the bridge from the  cabin.Pretty basic and it’s very relaxing to get a nights rest while being able to listen to the Rogue River.The second option is best suited for the “vanlife” community. Its relatively flat ground and some space to spread out along side your bus/van. 

 I built a very pretty circle driveway that’s wooded and fairly level. You could plug into the 110 outlet to charge whatever you might need and connect to the WiFi if you're close enough to the house. Both options will give you access to the propane fire pit on the back deck of the cabin. Oliver my 1.5 year old pup is friendly to other dogs and humans alike. Just ask that if you have a pet that they are also friendly.

Renting my area out to earn a little side income and meet travelers. I have a VW bus and enjoy the open road, that’s a little about why I am doing this.
