Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Come enjoy 80 acres of beautiful central Oregon! Ancient Junipers, stunning views of the Sisters and Mt. Jefferson, breathtaking sunsets…our property has it all. Escape the chaos and enjoy the peace and quiet and wide open space. We are also 20 minutes to the marina and swimming beaches for those hot summer days. Please do not camp near owner’s trailer. Porta-potty is NOT available to campers.Pitch your tent or find a spot to park your RV and escape the noise and craziness of the city! Wake up to stunning sunrises, birds chirping, and breathtaking mountain views. At night you can snuggle up in the crisp Central Oregon air and star gaze for hours. During the day you can explore the 80 acres or head down to the lake (short drive away!) for kayaking, boating, or swimming! It truly does not get more off grid than this.

True off grid camping on 80 acres!

Secluded area and plenty of space to set up. The instructions to the site were clear, though Google maps takes you a bit down the road from the gate you need to enter.

Okay spot for a quick stop

This site was okay for us for the night we were there. The directions were a bit vague and we accidentally pulled into a different driveway (marked with the same number) that had a number of No Trespassing signs up— felt a little uncomfortable. Once we got to the site, it was fine. There was one other group there and we could park anywhere, which is okay, but I could see it being a hassle if there were more groups. You can also see a lot of city lights on the horizon, so it didn’t feel totally isolated.

Secluded camping w/ beautiful view!

Really lovely camping spot with lots of options to choose from. Away from other folks with gorgeous views of Hood on one side and the sisters on the other. Also, there were several rain, thunder, and hailstorms even 5 minutes away and it completely missed the campsite all weekend. You drive through the scenic Cove Palisades State Park to get there too. We passed several busy campgrounds on the way and loved having our own slice of heaven to ourselves. The hosts were very kind and left helpful instructions. We’ll likely visit again!
