Learn more about this land: Nestled in a quaint old Fishing Town is a 2-Acre Forest property, that hadn’t been touched since 1885! This land overlooks the North Atlantic Ocean, with a 25ft bank at the edge of the property, and almost 100ft of private stone beach! No hydro, or running water on this property (yet) - but 10 minutes by car you’ll find a Sobeys, a Home Hardware, and small local shops. A driveway was recently put onto the property so now all campers can drive right up to the site instead of trudging through the forest! There is currently a Tiny Home on the property being built. Feel free to pitch your tent, or park your van, behind the Tiny Home that way you could be blocked from the wind that might come off the ocean - if there is a storm coming in. Camper-vans are welcome on the property! I haven't been able to select both tents, and motor vehicles yet as options. Enjoy the peace and quiet under the stars, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking against the shore, and the leaves rustling in the breeze. __________ As of now, I do not have an accessible toilet. The land is in process of getting the hydro hooked up, and water is being tested. Under the deck of the Tiny Home there is a plastic table, and two plastic side tables. Feel free to use them. There is a large, black, garbage bin outside the tiny home, feel free to put your own garbage bag in there - but please take your garbage with you (as the city only collects one garbage bag on rotating weeks, and I cannot predict ahead which week it will be for you). Thank you!Nestled in a quaint, old Fishing Town, is a 2-Acre Forest property, that hadn’t been touched since 1885! This wild forest overlooks the North Atlantic Ocean, with almost 100ft of private stone beach! No hydro, or running water on this untouched land (yet) - but 10 minutes by car you’ll find a Sobeys, a Home Hardware, and small local shops. Enjoy the peace and quiet under the stars, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking against the shore, and the leaves rustling in the breeze. There is a gravel driveway to access the spot where you can camp. Feel free to park anywhere you’d like on the driveway. We ask that you leave the site better than you found it - by cleaning up any bottles/cans/garbage that you brought with you. Thank you! The next campers, and the wildlife, will greatly appreciate it! As of August 4th 2022 there is a Tiny Home parked on the property, no one is residing in it full-time as of yet - it is for private use and no one is allowed to go inside. Please be aware there is a 25ft bank at the end of the property. Quiet time begins at 10pm, any complaints received by neighbours about campers after that time will be addressed, and possibly fined. Check out is at 12pm and any time spent on the site after that will result in being charged for another nights stay. Have a great camp!

Camp at an Oceanside Forest!
Beautiful and secluded spot with a stunning view, and space for a car and tents right by the fire pit. It gets windy (I was there in October) but the tiny home offered protection from the wind, as did my car. This was my first time in this part of the province and it did not disappoint!

Camp at an Oceanside Forest!
What a remarkable oceanview!! We absolutely loved it here. Definitely my idea of a perfect campsite. Pretty rocky and windy so a good idea to bring an air mattress and something warm if it’s not the peak of summer but that isn’t a problem since it’s a drive in site.

Camp at an Oceanside Forest!
Absolutely stunning views over the water. We booked short notice and I’m so happy this spot was available! We watched both the moon and the sun rise. Directions were clear and accurate. Would absolutely stay again.
