Get away from it all, catch a great sunset, and sleep under the stars! This incredible site is perfectly situated on a mountaintop, with amazing sunset views overlooking a valley. Nestled in the middle of 75 acres, this site offers the perfect escape that's not too far from all of the great things Asheville, North Carolina has to offer. The swimming pond, hills, and forest land accent your on-site stroll around the farm as you tour the nearly 3 miles of trails. We have 3 incredible canvas tent sites perfectly situated on a mountaintop, with amazing sunset views overlooking a valley, a pond, hills, and forest land. Each site is far enough apart for privacy but close enough to host a big group. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! -- Your site includes a 10'x12' canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent, you'll find one queen bed. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up tent that’s provided. You'll also have a picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a propane heater to keep you warm on those cool nights (propane is additional cost, please see below). -- Max Occupancy: 5 people. This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. Additional guests are $10 per night per guest. -- Toilets: After lot of great feedback from our guests, we replaced our slightly awkward but also very cool NASA developed camp toilets with a super clean port-a-jon that is cleaned and refreshed with toilet paper and hand sanitizer weekly. -- Showers: Every campsite comes with a Camp Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. -- Included Amenities: - fire pit with cooking grill - solar heated camp shower - a large cooler - drinking water - a full 5-gallon cooler of potable water filled for you before arrival - washing/cleaning water - non-potable water access is very close by the car parking area - camp bowls, cups, silverware, and plates for 6 - one stainless pot - one large stainless skillet - --- Additional Amenities and Pricing: - Linens and pillows - $30 per stay (includes sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and a blanket) - Towels - $15 per stay (two sets) - Propane for heater - $15 per stay - Firewood - $5 per bundle - Canopy / Shade Tent - $25 per stay - Tarps of various sizes - $10 - $12 per stay - Hammock - $5 per stay - Outdoor chairs - $5 per chair stay. - Camp stove with one bottle of propane - $20 per stay - Dog kennel rental (on site if you need to leave your pet/s for a brief period) - $15 per day (5 hours max) - Transportation to or from local trailheads, restaurants, etc - rates vary - Laundry service available - rates vary

Great set up and amazing view!!

We loved the tents and view here. The whole set up great and the view is amazing. I would recommend getting the propane tank for your tent heater, it kept our warm and toasty on the cold mornings and nights. We will be back again! Thanks

Wonderful Fall views!

Great layout, location and beautiful views. Easy access and still feels serene and remote. The tent was very nice and the propane heater kept the family toasty warm. We had really significant winds throughout the night and morning, which made it hard to enjoy the fire and just sit and watch the view, but with better weather, this would have been essentially perfect! Jeremiah was very prompt with communication and help with any amenities or questions. Great experience!
