We are on five acres tucked in the privacy of our own woods. Although ridiculously close to all town amenities, you’ll enjoy the privacy our property offers. We have plenty of open space to enjoy! Play some frisbee, relax in a hammock, fly a kite, enjoy a walk through our woods, or just kick back and take in the mountain breezes atop the knoll.Camp on our beautiful knoll where you’ll be tucked in the privacy of your own woods. Enjoy the vibe of your own private park, while being ridiculously close to all the local outdoor and town amenities. We boast super easy access with no steep or scary drives. We have a great frisbee field, some woods to explore, and an inviting bonfire pit. Enjoy the shade of our stately Oak trees and feel free to set up a hammock. We welcome your well behaved pets to enjoy their stay off leash. We are in the middle of everything our beautiful Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains have to offer.

10/10!! This location was great proximity to downtown Sylva and Franklin. The spot was very private and our two dogs loved all the open space to run and be free! The views were also great! We will 100% rebook and stay again in the future!

We really enjoy this area. It’s very peaceful and even thought it’s at the end of a neighborhood it feels very secluded. It’s just a great space.

Beautiful property and exactly as advertised. Had no problem navigating our 30ft class C to the parking area. Our pups had a great time too. Would stay again!

Clean and quiet

What a great little spot tucked away in greater metro Webster. You can tell Leisa puts on the work to make everyone feel comfortable. She provides a table, chairs, hammocks, fire ring and wood! I was only there a few hours before we got the “death is imminent” call from hospice regarding my father. When I let her know we were leaving early, she refunded my fee on her own accord. It’s not something I expected nor did I ask for but such a kind, gracious gesture needs to be recognized.

Great space

This area is a in what feels like an excluded field on the top of a mountain. But it’s just at the end of a street in the middle of town. The host has the space cleaned and ready for the visit. They even gathered up some fire work for us. It’s a great place to stay that is just relaxing. We will definitely try to stay here again.
