Neighbors are getting aggravated. We are across the street from Manning’s way on the river side of the road. Message me for physical addressCome enjoy the Adirondacks at your riverfront campsite. Private beach, sand and gravel. Fire rings provided. Portable restrooms available on site. 15 minutes to both lake placid and whiteface mountain. Endless local paddling opportunities, rock climbing and hiking.

The campsites themselves are great. Can't beat being right on the river. Just a little closer to the road than I prefer.

Jay has a idillic camp, nestled in a pine forest by the river’s edge. Winter camping in the snow at its best!

Riverfront Campsite!

This was an excellent camping spot. I loved waking up in the morning to the sound of the river. I stayed here in October, but I would love to come back in the summer when it's hot enough to take a dip in the river. I would definitely stay here again. Location was also excellent: a very quick drive to Keene and about 15ish minutes away from Lake Placid. There are many hikes within 30 minutes driving distance. My recommendation: it was a bit difficult to find the exact location of the entrance point to the campsite. I would recommend reaching out to Jay prior to your camping reservation so he can give you a description of what the entrance looks like (I do not want to provide any info to protect Jay's privacy). Luckily, Jay is a great host and called me to give me info on how to reach our campsite. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was great! Once we realized we were in the right place. We had to call Jay to make sure; but everything went smooth from there. The sites were all very well kept. I would definitely stay again!
