The property is approximately .4 of one acre. It is flat with grass and has approximately 125 feet of river frontage. The north fork of the cda river is popular for trout fishing and floating with little to no white water. The property has a fire pit, fire wood, bbq, cook stove, canoe, porta potty and power. One 30 amp plug and multiple 20 amp outlets. I have an electric water pump I occasionally use to irrigate the grass and to fill RVs with, so water is available but not for drinking. I have personally caught cutthroat trout in front of the property. A ton of recreation to do. There is few hundred thousand acres of public land to explore.Conveniently located on Coeur d’ Alene River Road, this 1/2 acre flat grass camp site boasts 125 feet of private river frontage with beach. The property has two 30 amp and one 50 amp outlet and several 20 amp outlets. Amenities include private, clean outhouse with weekly service, picnic table and fire pit with plenty of split seasoned firewood available for use. Short drive to Snake Pit restaurant, Prichard Tavern, Castaway Outfitters, & convenience stores with ice cream. Many activities depending on the time of year. Mushroom and huckleberry picking, swimming, floating, fishing, hunting, gold panning, hiking and hundreds of miles of roads for recreational vehicles. Come make memories along the banks of the Coeur d’Alene River this year.

Coeur d' Alene River Paradise

My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting this site. Just be aware that you have no cell reception for a while heading in to the site, so be sure you have good directions downloaded. We didn’t receive any communication from the property owner before or after our stay, but we were able to locate the spot by referencing the photos from the listing. All in all I would recommend staying here as it’s very calm and peaceful, and we didn’t feel too crowded in by neighbors.

Coeur d' Alene River Paradise

Planning our next trip already!!

We had a wonderful time and made so many family/friend memories. The grass was green and mowed as promised. Location was perfect. We have Star Link so lack of communication/ cell service was not an issue for us. The neighbors were nice and respectful of the 10:30 pm quiet time. Plenty of split firewood although we opted to use our propane fire pits related to high fire season. Only set back was: the addresses do not quite go numerically along the river as they should Received great timely assistance from Gregory via messenger: “Mile marker 11.5 It’s about a 1/4 mile up river from steam boat pond. I have a storage box with my address on it. Thank you Gregory

Coeur d' Alene River Paradise

Gregory had a great location with river access! The description of the property is exactly as it was described! He had a fire pit, firewood, campfire sticks, stove, picnic table and a nice area to spend the weekend with the family. He even has a trailer on the property you can rent as well! I would definitely recommend this piece of paradise.
