Swan Adventure Acres

2 sites ¡ RVs5 acres ¡ Condon, MT
My property is less than a mile off MT-83, between Seeley Lake and Condon. I back up to both Lolo and Flathead National Forest. Less than a quarter mile from the back of my land are trail systems for all kinds of recreation. Off road, hunting, hiking, fishing. Minutes to Lindbergh Lake. Only 15 minutes to all Seeley Lake has to offer. Enjoy the wilderness as your backyard, but still have easy access to town and great ATT cell service. The access road is a little rough, but I can get my 40ft class A up with no issue.

Chuck’s Place in the Swan

1 site ¡ LodgingCondon, MT
Named Chuck’s Place after our dad, this cabin is owned by my brother, sister and I. We are fourth generation Montanans and and spent our childhoods in the Swan Valley, hiking and boating at Salmon, Seeley, Flathead and Holland Lake, picking huckleberries, fishing and hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. We are now scattered from Bozeman/Big Sky to Missoula, Montana and Washington, D.C., but this area of Montana has our heart. The views from the cabin are breathtaking and there are beautiful hikes and trails to be found just minutes away. This property, ideally situated between two majestic mountain ranges and just a short drive to Holland Lake was love at first sight for us. We had looked for awhile and knew immediately when we saw this cabin that it was the one for us. We have young boys who love exploring the woods and marshland around the property, watching the deer and elk come through and sitting around the campfire at night.Learn more about this land:Experience the Rocky Mountains of western Montana in this log cabin centrally located in the Swan Valley. Enjoy magnificent views of the Swan Range of the Bob Marshall Wilderness to the east and Mission Mountains Wilderness to the west. The log cabin overlooks a spring-fed wildlife pond and wetlands. Eagles Acres

3 sites ¡ RVs9 acres ¡ Saint Ignatius, MT
We are a regenerative/permaculture family farm situated at the foot of majestic Mission Mountains. We have Scottish Highland cows (hairy hippy cows), pastured pigs and over hundred chickens rotated daily in chicken tractors. Half of our property is pasture, half is serene woods. We have residential bald eagles on our property, hence the name of our farmstead, Eagles Acres. We were a full timing RV family until 2023, so we think we know what camping families want: Nature and solitude. Land where the kids can run around and be kids. We are master naturalists and permaculturists and would love to give you a tour of the farm and talk about how we grow our food.
