Hull Mt. Cabins is settled back on 30 acres of a Coniferous forest hillside. There are about 8 buildings, 5 cabins that share the space and are within eye and earshot of each other but not too close. Each cabin has its own deck and seating with BBQ and access to a fire pit. This is the spot for adventurous people who would like a step up from tent camping. It offers all the creature comforts of home with nature and adventure, right outside your door. An amazing place to unwind and have a bit of digital detox. The property is full of pines, Madrone and Oak trees. Nice horseshoe pit, hammock and decks to chill on. Woodpeckers, deer, squirrels and jack rabbits all in their daily grind surrounding. Below cabins we offer an open field for fetch with dog, frisbee or kite flying. Bonus, enclosed area for complete light pollution free star gazing at night. It's wide open and one of the best spots in the country -you can drive to. Attn- Wi-Fi is limited not for streaming in cabin or long term use just checkin stuff. Lots of Hollywood History that goes along with the property that Heather will be happy to share along with the legendary lodge tour if interested.Hull Mt. It's wide open and one of the best spots in the country -you can drive to for stargazing. Although off grid, you still have all the amenities needed to feel as if you are in a regular setting. Hot water, fans for cooling and wall heaters for cooler weather. All kitchen amenities available, as well. Excellent linens and beds. 1 million Acres of Mendocino National Forest- off roading adventures. Hiking, biking, boating, wildlife viewing, fishing, hunting and RELAXING away from constant internet and front country life. 15 minute DRIVE from the shores of Lake Pillsbury and the Eel River. Dozens of creeks to wander through until July-ish. ****Attn. August pond and like get a lot of algae. Not very shore friendly. 10 min WALK to local pond for great swim and bbq spot with bathrooms provided. Attn- Wi-Fi is limited not for streaming in the cabin or long term use/work- just available for quick check-in on certain side of property. Location for more important and reliable wifi just down the road if necessary. It's actually a perk to be free of devices and very relaxing when you take advantage of your stay with a little digital detox! ATTENTION !!! IMPORTANT BASICS FOR TRIP*** 1.Highly suggested- Bring your own cooler WITH ICE and supply of your drinks. Hydration is important. While the co-op fridge provides space for the cabins it is only for food. Drinks must be stored in personal coolers. 2.**There are NO grocery stores nearby. There are two mini stores within 20 minutes with beer and chips etc. You need to bring the real food and drink with you. 3. Always bring clothing for all types of Mt. weather- could be hot, hot then cold at night or thunder showers roll through. 4. Be sure to bring your recreational gear- Bikes, binoculars, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, BUG SPRAY, kayaks, rafts, hiking gear, fishing gear etc. Lots of Hollywood History that goes along with the property and an Old Lodge that rests on the grounds. Heather will be happy to share and give tour of legendary lodge- available through extras.
