Learn more about this land: Come stay for a night at Turner's Quarter in our quiet country neighborhood. Enjoy access to a large fire pit, free firewood, and a large area for your camping activities. Take in a view of the bright night sky you just cant get in the city. Only 1 minute off the highway and only a quick walk to the main house in case of an urgent need. Perfect spot to stay a night if you're traveling across the state and don't want to stay at a busy campground. There are other houses nearby, but only home you can really see is ours from the site. We are careful to ensure our camper's privacy during their stay! ***We are not allowed to offer tent camping at this time due to Hip Camp's requirement of a toilet. We are working to find a solution that meets Hip Camp's policies.***Come stay for a night at Turner's Quarter in our quiet country neighborhood. Turner's Quarter

His location was right on being just off the highway and the directions shared with us after confirming our stay were accurate and easy to follow. The site was perfect for our one night stay and the location to the town was perfect as a place to grab a bite to eat after driving all day.

Turner's Quarter

A private and convenient respite

Seth land was an excellent choice for us, as we were passing through the area headed to points south. I needed a last-minute place to park and sleep in our van. It was easy to find, and sheltered with a nice ring of trees around the overnight area. Seth was responsive and helpful, although it was very much self serve due to how easy it was to access. Thanks!

Turner's Quarter

Seth was a fantastic host. Quick to respond to any questions and made it known that he is available to assist with any issues/concerns. The property was clean, large fire pit, and some wood was available for fires. There are some houses near by that can be seen, but some large juniper style trees help to create privacy. Not a single complaint. If I ever find myself back in the Wichita area I know where to stay.

Fine for a quick overnight stay

PROS: top notch communication and location details from host throughout entire process, farm fresh eggs safely stored and awaiting my arrival, have entire plot of land to yourself, great price, quiet night. CONS: morning traffic noise, June bugs that come out at night out of holes in the ground and attack your headlamp and lantern (not hosts fault but be advised and plan accordingly), neighbors on all four sides but can strategize to maximize landscaping for privacy, very little surface area to put stuff on (just a large wooden spool).

Turner's Quarter

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to park our 21 foot trailer and we were surrounds by beautiful cedars so we had some privacy from the neighbors. It was quiet and the grounds were clean and well maintained. There was a fire ring and firewood was available. We purchased a dozen fresh farm eggs & they were waiting for us upon arrival. We even got to meet the chickens that laid them. We had our dogs with us and they approved of their surroundings.

Turner's Quarter

The camp site was clean and quiet. I felt safe there. It's a small, one camper area surrounded by trees in a rural neighborhood. Very pretty. Also easy to find. Seth was kwik in his responses.
