It is a fully accessible property for caravans and campers, but they must be fully self-sufficient as there is no power available.
The shed on the property has a covered carport with a picnic table, but fires are not allowed.
Sunsets over the Toowoomba Range can be enjoyed over a late afternoon beverage. The 10-acre property is also close to Gatton, which is 38km away.
