This is a family-friendly Dutchmen Colorado travel trailer complete with bunkhouse, fully stocked kitchen, nice size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, gas stove, AC and heat, indoor shower, compostible* toilet, and electric fireplace. *We decided to upgrade the toilet to a compostible toilet. It’s easy to use. This is a stationary trailer parked on a driveway in a residential lot. It is ideal for small families or 4 adults or less. There is a master bedroom (with queen bed), a bunkhouse with 3 smaller/kid sized beds, and a futon/couch in there as well. There is also a couch in the living room area that converts into a bed.
