Two Nights on the Farm.
The camp host family was friendly and the setting was ideal for someone looking to get away from campground crowds & leash restrictions limiting your pet's ability to play. It is a working farm so be prepared to hear dogs barking and horses whinnying. You may also see rescue animals in need of rehabilitation which can be upsetting depending on their condition. To get there, be prepared to drive a few miles of rutted dirt roads. Our RV was shaken up pretty good by the time we got there; and covered in dust. We were surprised to find the electric hook-up was only a standard outlet. Coming down from 50 amps took 2 conversions. We were only able to run 1 A/C or the microwave / Keurig. You will not be able to run 2 A/C units.
I think this is the perfect place for animal lovers, people with dogs & families or singles traveling in a smallish RV that doesn't require much amperage to operate. It was a little difficult with our 41' 50 amp unit. The soft sand on the road & driveway created a potential hazard. Getting stuck in sand is the worst! (lol) That said, the site was huge & could accommodate most any size rig.
