Plus, there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes. Tons of delicious restaurants in the area. The Ocala National Forrest is a 20-minute drive away at the closest entrance, with plenty of off-road driving and outdoor activities available. Merrit Island National Preserve is 30 minutes South, where you can see the Manatee, or take a hike, put in the kayaks. Sugar Mill restaurant that has boat tours is 30 minutes to the West...DeLand was voted best small town in 2022. There is a park within a 5-minute walk with skating, basketball, tennis, racquetball and a playground. We're starting off with a low nightly rate until we get some reviews and bookings under our belt, then will increase with comps in the area. Minimum 2-night stay. The use of the Sanford Boats Works facilities is an additional cost that is paid directly to the Marina. Information can be provided on request. We are located outside Ocala Nat'l Forest, 2.5 mi. from a National Wildlife Refuge, 4 mi. from DeLeon Springs State Park and 6 mi. from Stetson in Downtown Deland and close to Daytona Beach.

The site is on the back part of our 80 acres. Where the camper is located there is a half mile trail through the forest, across from our driveway there is a 2.6 mile nature trail, a 15 mile biking trail, place to launch a kayak or boat, and we are close to wekiva and rock springs. not to mention a free 15 mile nature drive on the weekends just minutes away. plus we arent far from downtown Mount Dora. There is a primitive campground here too (North Shore Relic Ranch). looking for other stuff to see, look no further. lol in the center of the property there is alot of stuff to see. plane hulls, concert truck, cars, trucks, military truck, cows, goats, chickens, etc. its a unique stay for sure!

Please text your approximate arrival time the day before or day of, and text once you have checked out for both sites. Upon arrival, you will find a quaint and cozy corner to relax and enjoy a tropical getaway in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. 5 minutes from downtown NSB, 10 minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean where you can drive on parts of the beach and have access to a dog beach. There is plenty to do at the beach and surrounding waterways, including surfing, both fresh and saltwater fishing, hiking, kayaking, and biking. We are 25 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. Disney, Universal and Sea World are about an hour to an hour and a half away. Kennedy Space center is 45 minutes away so you're likely to see a launch during your visit. Plus, there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes. Tons of delicious restaurants in the area. The Ocala National Forrest is a 20-minute drive away at the closest entrance, with plenty of off-road driving and outdoor activities available. Merrit Island National Preserve is 30 minutes South, where you can see the Manatee, or take a hike, put in the kayaks. Sugar Mill restaurant that has boat tours is 30 minutes to the West...DeLand was voted best small town in 2022. There is a park within a 5-minute walk with skating, basketball, tennis, racquetball and a playground. We're starting off with a low nightly rate until we get some reviews and bookings under our belt, then will increase with comps in the area. Minimum 2-night stay. Check in is after 4 pm and check out is before Noon. Please keep in mind that our quiet hours are after 10pm. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and towels! Homeowner on site.
