Hello Campers! We are located close to the city (15 minutes) and right off HWY 6 (easy access to the mountains). We are nestled in a lot with a very long driveway. The property backs to a city green where people come to play with their dogs, throw the frisbee and you can even catch a rugby practice on the weekends. The green is backed to a park where you can continue to stretch your legs and the dogs can play. 4 miles to Downtown Denver. Less than 2 minutes to grocery shopping by car. Can easily walk too. All the amenities near by of the city but the quite space that we all crave. We have a nice parking area next to our house in the heart of the west Denver metro area. Our property backs up to a nice park, there is also a second park area within walking distance. You will have easy access off of I-25 and highway 6. We are minutes from downtown Denver and all it has to offer, Belmar shopping center (Target, Wholefoods) is 5 minutes away. Minutes away from Walmart, Sprouts, and other shopping. If you have a large rig and/or travel trailer you will have to back in down our long driveway straight back into your parking spot from the street. There is an area to turn around for smaller rings to back in a shorter distance. Vans, truck campers and class c rv's under 20ft should have room to turn and back in a shorter distance (please see pictures). You can park on the street and walk in first to judge the space for yourself if you need to. If you have a longer travel trailer you will have to park your tow vehicle in a separate designated spot so we have room to park in our driveway. There is a tree at the end of the driveway and there is a lower hanging soft branch that may rub the top of your rig. Just a heads up. NO CAR CAMPING. NO OUTSIDE SHOWERS. NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. We allow up to two dogs and we do have a chorkie and a multipoo. Our dogs do bark at other dogs for protection but its short and then they get bored. Dogs must be on leash on our property or walking them to and in the park. Our space is for travelers who are looking for a quiet and safe spot while visiting the area. (Except 4th of July weekend- lots of fireworks in the neighborhood).

Just what we needed for a night closer to Denver than most Rv parks. Nice mix of summer sun and rain so we didn’t need hook ups for AC, therefore perfect to be off grid parked here. Trailer is 23 feet, and backing in was a tadddd challenging from the street area to not hit the neighbors yard decor, but made it happen.

Great space, very peaceful. Location is great as well, close to everything. Our camper is 38 feet long and we had plenty of space but backing up was a little tight. Be sure to have a 120 to 30 amp converter for your power (if not Harbor Freight is nearby and sells them for around $10). Our dog loved the park that is right next door. Dani is a great host.

Makes getting around Denver easy!
I loved my stay here! It’s a quiet secluded spot with super easy access to freeways to get around town. Plenty of shopping nearby and a bunch of small parks to walk my dogs within walking distance. Some neighbors even have horses you’ll see and the park behind the house often has sports leagues practicing in the field that were fun to watch.
