This is a lovely, shaded pull through drive in front of our home, which sits on a quiet street where most parcels are 2 acres or so. There is comfortable patio seating around a propane fire pit table for your use. We have a 30amp hookup, and water is available from a long hose from the house (hose is not rated for potable water but will be fine for washing up). There is a large fenced area where your dog can run free (as long as s/he gets along with our dogs, of course!) We are conveniently located between Evergreen and Conifer, only 11 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and an easy commute to Denver!This is a lovely, shaded pull through drive in front of our home, which sits on a quiet street where most parcels are 2 acres or so. The leveled area is 30 feet long, with a slope leading up to it, so larger rigs may find it challenging. There is comfortable patio seating around a propane fire pit table for your use. We have your choice of a 30amp or 15 amp hookup, and water is available from a long hose from the house (hose is not rated for potable water but will be fine for washing up). There is a large fenced area where your dog can run free (as long as s/he gets along with our dogs, of course!) We are conveniently located between Evergreen and Conifer, only 11 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and an easy commute to Denver! IMPORTANT: This site does NOT have a bathroom or sewer hookup! And we are in a neighborhood, so setting up a bathroom tent or digging a hole is not an option, either. Please be aware that you must have a rig that includes bathroom facilities for the duration of your stay!

Last minute safe space

Perfect spot for me for the night. Last minute booking because the first place I booked was unsafe so they accepted my request immediately and it was a great, safe place for me for the night. Wish I’d been there earlier. They had table and chairs, fire pit and electric hookup available and so much more. But I arrived in the dark and was gone fairly early. Would gladly come back.

Friendly hosts, with a few dogs that like to say hi every once in awhile. Hookups were perfect and there's a nice quiet road you can take a stroll down.

The RV spot is exactly as advertised and so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed walking our dog down the street as the surrounding area is full of pines and is beautiful. Linae was very helpful with finding nearby trails and great places to eat! We loved the food at Marshdales nearby. Perfect location, close to lots of cute mountain towns to explore.
