Come stay @ Eagle Park and enjoy mature pines and 2 acres of meadow grass with fantastic sunsets. Privately owned 2 acres in a sparsely populated/rural mountain ranchette setting. Maintained county road access and plenty of room to maneuver your RV. 50amp electric service on property. Located within 30 min drive to popular outdoor recreation areas. ✨ NEW ADVENTURES: Just south of Cripple Creek sits the town of Victor, a mining town with sprawling mountain landscapes and rolling hills. Now, one of those hills also includes "Rita, the Rock Planter" Troll created by Sculptor Thomas Dambo. Rita is made from 100% recycled wood. A short drive to the summit of Little Grouse Mountain and just a short walk from the parking area gets you up close and personal with Rita. ** and the colors are best viewed on this route! I suggest Tumbling Trout Fly Fishing Guides for an awesome day on the South Platte River! 👍👍 Hiking/Mountain Biking: Florissant Fossil Beds, Mueller State Park, Dome Rock State Wildlife Area, Pikes Peak and the Crags just to name a few. Or stroll thru the neighborhood on foot or bike. Perfectly Pleasant Parcel
We had an absolute fantastic time on Deanna's Land! So peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of birds and deer! Definitely need level blocks, but worth it! After we settled in, Deanna came down to introduce herself and offer guidance if needed. She is a delight and this place is a 💎 gem. You can hear goats and dogs next door and the stars enter your soul, they're so close. The climbable boulders offer great sunset pics. The accessories for games and a table provided by host, just make this a great little spot in a big area! We can't wait to go back!

Great Camper Spot
We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. We brought our camper and two pups and could not have asked for a better spot. It was quiet and peaceful and had everything we needed to get in and out with ease. Plenty of places to set up and easy hookup. Directions to the spot were clear and easy to find. It is also super close to fun activities. We went into Cripple Creek to see the donkeys and visit Rita the Troll. Both were a quick and beautiful drive from the site. Thank you for sharing your space with us Deanna. You were lovely and it was so nice to meet you! We will be back again!

Deanna was great, we rolled in late and had trouble finding where to go and she came and found us and showed us where to go. It was a nice place to land for the night.

So many deer! :-)
This is a great place to crash for a night or two! Its a very private site with plenty of space to spread out or find the right tree to pitch under. Deanna is very friendly and accommodating. The land is at high-elevation (9,800-feet) so be sure to prepare. Also, there's no bathroom facilities, so be sure to plan ahead for a multi-night stay! One of the best parts of the site is the nature, we had loads of wildlife spotting which kept both us and the dogs entertained!

Large site with 30 Amp power. The host had a 30 Amp extension cord that helped to pick the area we wanted. Area is in a quiet rural ranchette type of neighboorhood. Make sure to bring leveling bricks for your trailer.
