This adorable camp site exceeded my expectations, it was well maintained and safe. Super close to the little town, yet super quiet. I can’t wait to visit again in the near future.

Lovely night in the wagon!
Gary and Susan were so nice and reached out immediately asking if we needed anything prior to our stay. We booked last minute but they were very responsive and it was super easy. The wagon was exactly as advertised, it’s adorable and was perfect for 2 adults. Because it was a last minute booking I may not have looked as closely at the amenities as I should have but here are a few points I missed. There is electricity in and outside of the wagon. It was chilly and there was a cute little electric fireplace heater inside. There is a hose with well water available. There is a big weighted blanket available, so don’t worry about being cold, even this time of year. Also we happened upon the apple butter festival up the hill and it was amazing. Definitely pick up some cider and a pie if you visit. It was a perfect weekend get away!

Wonderful and cozy place to stay! The electric heater is plenty warm and the space is very well designed. If you’re much over 6 feet it might be a tough fit but otherwise very comfy. Gary and Susan are super friendly and I would 100% stay here again.

Great overnight stay!
This place is a great little spot to get away for the night! The wagon fits comfortably two people and the bed pulls out for more room! We went during the fall, so weather was great! We were not able to do a fire, but the wagon had a heater and we were able to bring a portable small stove. Gary was great at communicating! 10/10 would do again!

Our stay was fantastic. This checked all our boxes, and I would stay again next time I’m in Oak Glen. Location was unbeatable. The cabin/wagon is adorable and fit me and my partner comfortably. I’m 5’10” for reference.

Hospitality
Gary & Susan are the best host anyone could want. First on arrival Gary greeted us and let us park in a little area which would make it easier for us to grab our bags etc. We came during the rainy season, on our last night we woke up to the wash being filled. Susan came out around 2-3am to make sure we were okay and Gary as well. They offered there home to us in case the area was to flood. This was really thoughtful and kind of them to do, they did not need go out of there way to help us but they did. This is what people should be all about caring for one another. They were kind to us the 2 nights we stayed there, always checking if we needed anything. These are some of the most kindest folks I’ve ever met. We were strangers but they still made sure we were comfortable and safe. We know we will be staying here more often on other camping trips! Thank you Gary and Susan! God bless < 3
