This is our first time buying a new place to build, there were none quite like it and we just had to have it. Our plans to build that amazing house we imagined came to a screeching halt after the county building department told us that the electric couldn't be connected due to the homestead not being registered. So of course we changed gears and imagined Cliff Sides, the off grid camping spot with panoramic views, wildlife and so much more.
