Yearling Ridge Riverfront Camp
Gorgeous spot next to the river
We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to watch the eclipse from this gorgeous site. We had the entire property to ourselves with plenty of room for our dog to explore. Daniel was an excellent host and there were many touches that made the campsite extra special such as running water and the river close by. We took advantage of the canoe rental and really enjoyed the river. We highly recommend this special spot.

This place was beautiful!! Pictures are nice but really don’t do it justice. We were right on the river. Plenty of room to cook, fish, explore and relax. Daniel was a great host. We hope to come back soon.

Yearling Ridge Riverfront Camp
By far one of the best Hipcamps we’ve stayed at. It was very easy to find, and get to. Plenty of space for parking out 26” Class C. There were two parking spaces we chose to choose from. It was very private although there was some work happening on the street it didn’t affect our stay at all. Our two dogs loved the space. From the gazebo, to the provided kayaks, to the lake only 50 feet away it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Although we didn’t meet James, he checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay and also offered to provide more firewood than the ample amount that was there on our arrival. 10/10

Yearling Ridge Riverfront Camp
My only regret is not being able to stay longer! But even just one night was so relaxing and rejuvenating. This site along the river is utterly spectacular, my dog and I both had a great time and hope to be back one day!
Yearling Ridge Riverfront Camp
We enjoyed our stay. We camped in a tent. The spot is great. It has room to move and everything you need. There is a cabin about 100 yards from the camp area that one man lives in, but it was no problem at all. We loved this spot. The only drawback to it, is the highway noise at night. It’s amazing that it is so quiet during the day, but at night, the trucks on the near highway was quite loud, even though. . I guess it’s log trucks all night or something. If your in a camper it probably wouldn’t bother you. But the spot is set up great with water and electric and picnic table under a cover next to the river. Beautiful spot and area.
