Camping on the chain lakes

Nestled in a forest full of birds, deer, and moose, this campsite offers walking trails, fire pit, RV dump, access to the lake, and a dock. Three kayaks (2 full size + 1 kids) are available for your use. You’ll need to bring your own life jackets. Saskatoon berries, raspberries, and chokecherries grow prolifically along the bank of the lake, and hazelnuts bushes are common throughout the 30 acre property. If you bring a chain saw, there is endless firewood available in a stacked pile of trees along the driveway. PLEASE NOTE: It’s a steep hill / walk down to the lake. If you're not up for the walk, all three of the chain lakes have boat launches within a short drive from the camp site.

Hawk’s View Ranch

We have 156 acres of land. 95 acres is being farmed for grain, 30 acres are hay , 25 acres are a pasture that includes a bush and 5 acres is the yard site. We have a trail down to the bush for hikes and wildlife viewing. You can also walk all the way around the property to view how the crop is growing and maybe see some deer or moose, hawks or eagles and other natural wildlife. We have a pond in the yard that attracts birds and we have over 20 horses that are great with company. We have a riding heard that you can spend time with, either grooming or feeding or taking on a ride in one of the outdoor arenas. Right on the yard we have 3 farm bunnies that roam all over and a chicken coop and yard with free reign chickens. You can help feed and collect eggs. There is a large box garden that will have fresh in season produce to pick and eat. There is a great parking pad for your RV along with a private picnic table and fire area. There is also a large fire pit area in the back yard.

At the garden, couples, families, and the like can enjoy fruit picking and plenty of fun! Campfires are permitted, pets are welcome on a leash.
