Lovely big, green, grassy area. The host was lovely. The dam was a great place for the kids to swim in. It was a great spot for a very low cost!

A great stay!
We had the best time camping here! Vanessa has a beautiful property, our campsite was right on the lake which we swam in every day (kayaks and paddles provided!). It's a perfect spot for a group trip, the hosts were so friendly and provided chopped firewood. Plenty of horses around too which was fun, would highly recommend staying here!

Overall our stay at Riverbend was very pleasant although the site needed attention. The host were very friendly and helpful.A lot of history about the property was given. The accessibility of the sites that was advertised could not be reached due to the excessive rainfall. To sum up we had a relaxing time

Spacious beautiful camping
Vanessa's land was so beautiful. With a beautiful lagoon and the river nearby. Lots of space so we had enjoyed our privacy. What really stood out was how Vanessa, Ian and Erol took care of us - from supplying us with firewood to checking up on us to see if we needed anything. They're so sweet! Definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for some simple beautiful camping.

Riverbend RV and camping
Spent a night here and really enjoyed it.. the whole place is very beautiful.. they have a really nice river running along side the campsite that you can fish in and also they have kayaks available there to be used.. horse riding is also available and I was gutted that we already had plans made for the following day that we didn’t have time as all the horses looked to be kept very well and it looked like there was some beautiful tracks in the area.. if I was every in the area again I would definitely be coming back

Riverbend
It was a very relax camp. Ther were 3 areas upon which to camp including river side. There was a short walk down to the Mary River itself. Vanessa and her caretaker Earl were very friendly and informative of the history surrounding the area. The horses had free rein of the paddocks. We had 2 x dogs that didnt need to be on Leeds constantly (which was a bonus for us)
