Nice but expensive site
This is a pretty nice site. The grass was recently mown and super thick, which made for a good base under the tent.
Bathroom is cramped and the same one used by the market folks. Shower is separate and outside. I love an outdoor shower, but I can see times you'd rather be in a heated, well-lit bathroom to shower.
Hose water was pretty gross even after letting it run. Lots of sediment/particulate and the only option as far as we could tell.
If this all sounds picky, it's because after service charge this was a $53 site. For more than double the price of most tent sites I'm accustomed to I would have expected some of these things to be ironed out.
Great place to camp.
A great place to call home for a weekend! Spacious, open campsites in a large clearing with picnic tables, fire rings and charcoal grills at each one. The sites share a convenient indoor restroom and outdoor shower. There was construction of a pavilion happening during our stay which looks like it will be nice for future campers.
Nice, with caveats
Positives: Spacious (compared to crowded state park campgrounds), dog-friendly-- our (well behaved) dog could run around, responsive owners, flat site, nice picnic table. A good location if you want to visit multiple different beaches (we went to Henlopen, Delaware Seashore, and Fenwick)
Negatives: Site 3 is located near some sort of bird coop-- noisy. Bathroom is a ways from Site 3. Tap water in bathroom is supposedly potable, but tastes metallic / undrinkable- bring your own.
Wonderful farm camp!
this place is wonderful! the camp sites are well maintained and spaced far apart from each other. the hosts are easy to get in touch with as well! would stay again!
Off the beaten past but convenient to everything. We were looking for a quiet spot and found it here on the Blueberry Farm. Easy drive to all of the beaches between Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. The last night was a little rough. But I guess you can't blame the hosts for the hurricane that dropped by.
We loved our accommodations. Our hosts are awesome and easy to reach. The campsite was spacious. They provide everything you need and some. I will be booking this site again in the future .
