We have three individual hook ups including on each three hook up a 50 Amp, 30 Amp and 20 Amp electrical and one water bib, at this time we do not have any dump station, but newly constructed access to the main house mud room. We are walking distance to grocery store, post office, City building information and many restaurants to choose from. 90 miles to Yellowstone NP, one hour from Jackson WY. We cannot offer horse rides due to insurance restrictions but we’re in close vicinity to horse trials and friends that do offer Trail rides but don’t offer camping. We’re located just a few blocks from the small town of Victor where you will find two fueling stations, one grocery store, five restaurants and during summer months every Thursday evenings live music on main street square. Roughing it doesn’t mean it has to be rough on you! If your in need of a larger grocery store there is one 8 miles to our north or twenty five miles to our east in Jackson Hole Wyoming. A nice little spot to rest up on your Yellowstone or Grand Teton Park adventure!

There is a RV pad set to park a large camper or van on as well as a grassy meadow that would be very comfortable for a smaller camper or 4WD van. The property is a shady thick aspen forest with occasional clearings and undeveloped game trails. You can expect to see wildlife if you stay for very long at all. It's very common to see moose, rabbits, foxes, deer and all kinds of birds frolicking in the woods. The property is also about a 2 mile drive from 2 different national forest access areas both offering unique hiking, fishing, off roading , skiing, and exploring. Also, grand Targhee ski resort is only a 20 minute drive from the house. The Teton river " 30 minutes away" has world class fishing for everyone from kids to serious fly fisherman. We have 3 friendly labrador muts living on the property so if you have dogs that like to play in the woods and are friendly to other dogs, bring them! Campfires are not out of the question but are extremely dependent on weather conditions.

Ross Meadow RV

The Shoshone and Nez Perce Native American tribes spent their summers in this area hunting and fishing the many streams in this valley. Trapper's used the area until the U.S. market collapse of the beaver skin top-hat in the late 1830's. Mormon pioneers began settling here in the 1890's. My great-grandparents settled in Teton Valley after moving from Nebraska in 1917. They farmed this land; growing potatoes, barley and hay. Today we raise alfalfa/grass hay that we feed to our horses. In the bottom of our field south of the campsite is Trail Creek, which is the headwaters of the Teton River. It flows out of the southern Teton mountain range in Wyoming and into Idaho. This water eventually joins the mighty Snake River near Rexburg, Idaho as it continues it's journey to the pacific ocean. Summer's here are usually warm sunny days with cool, chilly nights. Learn more about this land: Our RV or enclosed Camper site, located in the coveted area southeast of Victor, Idaho, is the hub of everything for southern Teton Valley and is just a few miles from the western Wyoming boundary, Jackson Hole, WY and the Tetons. Taylor Mountain, in the Grand Teton Range, is the biggest mountain you'll see directly from here, and the foothills of the Grand Tetons start across the roadway. There are tons of mountain biking, fishing areas, and hiking trails out our door, starting with the shared use pathway system in front of the campsite. Close by, there are multiple canyons, streams, rivers, reservoirs, lakes and forests to explore. Or, if you head towards Victor, there are food trucks, breweries, night life, grocery stores, gas stations, a pharmacy and medical clinic, and a big playground and park. Most people want to visit Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone while they are here....but you won't want to leave this bit of paradise that we offer you. You must bring your OWN camper or RV. WE are only providing the SPACE for ONE RV or Camper driven in by you.... Please--NO TENTS. Your cooking and bathroom facilities must be enclosed within a hard-sided unit. No loose outside pets as we have livestock which must be protected. Book ahead, and save yourself the hassle of finding a spot on the spur of the moment. We have no hookups. It's a lovely parking spot. For a second RV spot, a back-in only RV site which is adjacent to ours, and just a few hundred feet away, is available. For two spots, book Ross Meadow RV as well. ONE RV and one extra vehicle allowed per site. Pets must be approved prior to you visiting and must be leashed when outside on our property.

Trapper's used the area until the U.S. market collapse of the beaver skin top-hat in the late 1830's. Mormon pioneers began settling here in the 1890's. My great-grandparents settled in Teton Valley after moving from Nebraska in 1917. They farmed this land; growing potatoes, barley and hay. Today we raise alfalfa/grass hay that we feed to our horses. In the bottom of our field south of the campsite is Trail Creek, which is the headwaters of the Teton River. It flows out of the southern Teton mountain range in Wyoming and into Idaho. This water eventually joins the mighty Snake River near Rexburg, Idaho as it continues it's journey to the pacific ocean. Summer's here are usually warm sunny days with cool, chilly nights. Teton Corners River Preserve

Teton Corners has been a favorite fishing and stayover spot for generations, and we felt we should step up and adopt it since we didn't want to see it developed, ripped apart or closed off. Know that by staying here, you are helping preserve this small piece of natural beauty in Idaho. It may not be the biggest preserve, but you have to start somewhere. Come stay a night! This 3 acre peninsula into the Teton River provides amazing trout fishing right from your tent door (licenses issued just 1 mile down the road). This gorgeous nature area is minutes from town, with easy access to HWY20 and HWY33. Deer, moose, bald eagles and osprey frequent the area year round, as well as beaver, waterfowl and night owls. RV dumps right down the road, as well as a 27 hole golf course, if that's your thing. Or just relax, dip your feet in the Teton River and listen to the water pass by. The Lucky Dawg Park

Hi HipCampers. My land is pretty simple. A county home on two acres that has a large canal running down the south side of the property. I am slowly but surely doing indoor and outdoor improvements as time and money allows. My home sits on one acre and the other acre which is mostly flat and grassy is nearest the water. The canal has tall trees all along it for shade. There is a rope swing in one of the trees near the road to jump/swing into the water and another rope on the bridge to grab and get out. There are all sorts of outdoor activities 30+ minutes away. Yellowstone National Park is 2.5 hrs away. Jackson Hole is 1.5 hr away. There is world class fishing just an hour away. I am new to this and would like tips suggestions and even some help making this more comfy for campers alike. I apologize for there being a lack of signage. I am working on getting tables and fire pits in place as we speak.
