Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. Our stay at Luke’s land was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Luke went above and beyond to share all the details about the local area, giving us great tips on nearby attractions, restaurants, and things to do in town. It made exploring so much easier and added a personal touch to our visit. The campsite itself was lovely and peaceful, nestled in a quiet spot surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. And let’s not forget about Roger, the friendly pet rooster! He was such a character, always hanging around and bringing a smile to our faces. Overall, Luke’s hospitality made our stay extra special. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway!

Me and my mates enjoyed Camping in the spacious Farm Land. Luke provieded us with a keg and firewood to make a Fire under the Stars at Night, which made this experience extra Special. Luke is a nice Host and his roaster Roger was great company. I recommend this Place to people who enjoy Nature and the simple and quiet Style of Camping. The Camp Site is safe, private and you have the Chance to encounter some wallabies and birds.

Excellent stay. Great location some 15k’s inland from lovely Inverloch. Great views. Easy access to the property and ideal for any 2WD’s. We have a MH and had access to both power and water if required. We didn’t bother. We were met by the engaging host Adrian who kindly showed me around. What a gem of a place. Manicured lawns in a large fully fenced paddock with a new camp kitchen, hot shower and seperate very clean toilet. 4 sites in total. Lovely dam to the rear of the property and walks back on the roadway overlooking the ocean to the distance. Adrian supplied a great fire pit, kindling and wood at a cost of $25 per night. Overall a wonderful stay - well worth a visit - you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back.

What a wonderful property. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful views. Great camp kitchen and shower and toilet. We had such a relaxing break away. So peaceful. We spotted, kangaroo's 🦘 rabbits 🐇 and a very happy Koala 🐨. The sunsets were incredible. We would highly recommend and we will return. 👌👍😁😁🔥🍷🍾🥂

It is truly a beautiful rural setting with the convenience of a camp kitchen toilet and shower which have been beautifully designed and built . The area to camp is fenced off but that guest stop the magnificent views. Cows were neighbours plus a koala in the tree near us . Lush grass to camp on. The hosts were great and we had Adrian the farmer deliver us our fire pit and kindling and wood each night . We were able to top up the wood from the stockpile. It’s only about 15 minutes to the beach and we also had lunch at the tarwin lower pub which was only around a 10 minutes drive . Wonderful stay

10/10! We have been on the road for a few weeks now and this has been our favourite place to stay. Your own private sanctuary with beautiful gardens and wildlife. Amanda showed us around when we arrived and was a great host. Outdoor shower was amazing and spotless bathroom. The sheltered kitchen area was super cute with everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing property and hosts! They have done such a good job converting their gigantic backyard into a cozy place to stay. The outdoor shower was a dream - better hot water than we had at our Airbnb the night before! We brought our own cooking gear and were able to eat dinner in the camp kitchen area. The location is also perfect, very close to wineries and the rest of Mornington. Highly recommend!
