So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites, though the flats themselves are not boggy. Explore the great outdoors by wandering along our extensive bush tracks and trying your hand at fishing in our farm dam stocked with silver perch. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Kyogle is a 30 minute drive away. And there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.

The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations a plenty so find the one the best suits your mood. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. You can camp anywhere you like. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead as we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it but you can have a contained fire anywhere there is already a burnt patch. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.

Please keep in mind that this is a 'Farm Stay', you will be camping on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you are looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, if you would like a bundle please amend your booking to include firewood. Power (10amp 0nly) and water is available close to your campsite, but you must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included in your booking fee. This is their home so if you aren't doggy people perhaps this isn't the campsite for you. Please keep your food and rubbish up high so the doggos and other critters don't help themselves. Horse riding lessons are available by prior arrangement. Please give 7 days notice prior to your stay should you wish to book a riding lesson. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. There is a large flat grassy area for kids to play and ride bikes. Please keep in mind that this is a 'Farm Stay', you will be camping on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you are looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, if you would like a bundle please amend your booking to include firewood. Power (10amp 0nly) and water is available close to your campsite, but you must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included in your booking fee. Long range water tank fill ups incur a one off extra fee of $10, please include this in your booking under extras. We are friendly hosts who will respect your privacy and welcome your children to participate in farmyard feeding times and egg collecting (less eggs in winter). Our geese and ducks and chickens are hand reared so they are not aggressive at all 😃 We have two Sausage dogs, Ockie and Arlo. Ockie especially likes to visit campers, Arlo is a little less social but she may visit if she musters up the courage. This is their home so if you aren't doggy people perhaps this isn't the campsite for you. Please keep your food and rubbish up high so the doggos and other critters don't help themselves. Horse riding lessons are available by prior arrangement. Please give 7 days notice prior to your stay should you wish to book a riding lesson. No dogs please, Ockie and Arlo are the masters of their domain and don't like doggy interlopers. NB: The site is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings.

The park features grassy powered sites, unpowered sites and comfortable units. On-site amenities include hot showers, flush toilets, laundry and camp kitchen. We are a dog-friendly park so the whole family is welcome. Dogs need to be restrained at all times. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. Relax and unwind by the creek, go for a paddle, or sit back enjoy a drink around the campfire at night with our family atmosphere. With great views, tranquil bushland, abundant wildlife and the Border Ranges National Park close by, there is always something to do. Firewood and ice available for purchase. We have Telstra coverage, plus Wi-Fi is available at the camp kitchen.

Tyalgum Showground

Tyalgum Showgrounds offers both powered and unpowered sites, toilets, showers, drinking water, free dump point for campers and a camp kitchen. This is a recreation reserve camp ground run by volunteers - all money collected goes back to improvement of the facilities. Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash. The Showgrounds can only offer a maximum of 7 nights.

Experience Figtree Farm at Findon Creek, a 600-acre natural oasis. Tucked away in a tranquil, secluded valley, this hidden gem is surrounded by Long Creek to the south and Findon Creek to the west, while the northern edge extends to the breathtaking Border Ranges National Park. On Gullibal land, Figtree Farm provides captivating vistas of Jalgumbin (Mt Lindesay) to the west and Lever's Plateau, a designated wilderness area of unlogged subtropical rainforest, to the north. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a bespoke joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. While Figtree Farm has been a camping destination for family and friends for many years and now we're happy to extend this welcome to Hipcampers too. As a starting point for this new venture at Findon Creek we offer 3 sites which are all suitable for larger groups; all situated on grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites, though the flats themselves are not boggy. Explore the great outdoors by wandering along our extensive bush tracks and trying your hand at fishing in our farm dam stocked with silver perch. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Kyogle is a 30 minute drive away. And there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.
