The property is just 5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store. Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Take a stroll through the olive grove and set up a picnic amongst the trees! Olive View Estate is a stunning 35 acre 700 tree working olive farm and guest stay accommodation. We have two paddocks on the back of the olive grove with breath-taking views. Enjoy a walk through our gardens and olive grove. You are welcome to roam our entire property - we just suggest wearing enclosed shoes. We have some very friendly farm animals - Olly the goat. Barb, Shaun, Dodge, Daisy, Duke, Georgie, Gracie and babies Leslie & Bo who all love carrots and apples. This is a full working farm and we restore vintage caravans and classic cars. You will see us pottering in the garden or walking our poodle, but we will leave you to your privacy. We have a beautiful vintage bus that we have converted into a farm shop and you can buy olives, relishes, honey, jam, seasonings, magnesium and more. We are only 8 minutes from shops in town and a short drive for all of the Scenic Rim's attractions. We are in the heart of The Scenic Rim. The camping grounds is private and picturesque in our back paddocks - looking back over our olive grove and out to the great dividing range. We have fire pits set up in the camp area - please bring an extinguisher, wood and matches. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges. Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers. At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use. Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them. We are always on site and happy to help with anything you need. *Please note any negative feedback for camping received was from a festival that took place on our property in 2022 and the event organisers promised the campers facilities and did not deliver. Unfortunately Hipcamp won't remove these comments and we had no management of these customers. ALL other positive comments are through us direct.

Near all the Byron incredible activities, such as great restaurants, waterfalls, beaches. Well positioned between the beaches of Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads. Incredible privacy and quiet. There are goats (with babies) in a paddock next to Site 2, and a horse paddock with 6 horses. We do have a water tap though to fill your tanks and a couple of electric plugs to charge your essentials (check the small old shed close to Site 1). We have 6 different sites for caravan and RVs/ tents. It is a former cattle farm that is being currently reforested to the original Big Scrub rainforest. The proceeds from Hipcamp are used to reforest the land. PLEASE make sure to take your garbage away and remember the campsites are for fully contained campers only (no toilets on site). You NEED to be fully contained to stay in the property. You can enjoy walking around and explore the magic sunsets of the Byron Hinterland. There are a few billabong/ creeks and a mowed nature walk path.

This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges. Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers. At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use. Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them. We are always on site and happy to help with anything you need. *Please note any negative feedback for camping received was from a festival that took place on our property in 2022 and the event organisers promised the campers facilities and did not deliver. This is the most wonderful spot.. beautifully maintained grounds - wide open grassed space for kids to run around and play, bordered by gorgeous pines and a lovely creek. Even though it hasn't rained for ages the creek was still swimable and everything was lovely and lush and green. Very clean and functional porta-toilets. And really loved the large amount of space between each site. We will definitely be back here - one of our favourite hip camps so far!

I found this camping ground and booked it in for the night, it was nice and quick and I received all the info to let me comfortably access the side after dark. I was worried I would get lost or would find it hard to find a place to set up but it was very easy. Search a beautiful camping ground, plenty of space, swimming holes, kayaks available, kitchen, games room with free wifi - even hot showers available! Loved every bit of it. I will definitely be back and do some more exploring. The host was wonderful. I caught quite a few shooting stars ✨✨✨

Beautiful location, peaceful, and well kept by the owners. Loved that the camp sites came with a fire pit and park bench too. Short distance to Uki if you need to make a quick trip to pick up supplies and there’s plenty of hikes nearby. Also loved the resident horses. Especially the one with the attitude when I wouldn’t share my meat packed meal with it hahaha.

Welcome to those who enjoy a place away from the bright city lights to stay with animals and children. We have a safe clean environment with secure fences surrounding the camp sites. We also have facilities for children to learn about farm animals. All our animals including horses, cattle, chooks, guineas and dogs can be approached and touched without harm to children. The geese are a little skittish about this. :) Our property is a stroll away from Aratula in the Scenic Rim. The hidden creek on our property is home to a host of native wildlife and fauna. An occasional koala can be seen high up in the trees. * We have a rural residential property with access to untamed native Australian bush which is close to everything special in the Scenic Rim of Queensland. * Our property is accessible from the Cunningham highway opposite the BP service Station. Preferable for 4 x 4 vehicles in the wet. During the dry season any vehicle can gain access. * Children will enjoy the benefits of camping and the close encounters with farm animals. The Camel Farm, Alpaca farms and For Real Milk dairy are all found in the Scenic Rim area and allow for visitors. Access to the campsites is a short distance off the Cunningham Highway gate entry. Preference is for all vehicle types. Offroad RV length is limited to under 20ft. The type of vehicle and RV will dictate where your campsite would be located. Pets are welcome (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles) but must stay within the camp sites and be restrained by owners. Please do not free roam your pet on this camp site. All pets must be contained to the camp site either on a leash or in their crates. We are at risk of violating the neighbours property should your pets be unresponsive to your voice commands. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping amenities. These are off grid camp grounds with a picnic table, braziers and camp bin available for communal use. Firewood of various types can be found along the creek with the option to purchase firewood from our stock.

Jerrapark is just far enough away from towns and cities to feel remote and wild. Some guests have remarked half joking that as they enter the property it feels a bit more like Jurassic Park. A section of the farm has been preserved as rainforest…where towering palms and ghost like eucalypts stand over boulder strewn creeks that sometimes flood with roaring force. Everywhere there are wallabies, goannas and the weather sentinels…the black cockatoos. Bird lovers will find it is an excellent place to go birdwatching. Take a stroll through the verdant pecan forest where our horses graze…sit by the bubbling creek…and if you are very quiet you just might glimpse a platypus foraging. When the weather turns hot and steamy take a splash in one of the dams or wander down and sit under the waterfall that cascades most months of the year. Here is a wonderful place to meditate…a primal grotto watched over by towering gums and palms. Luxuriate in our newly added spa, including a Hot tub and a Sauna, to detox and relax! Later reconnoitre up the hill and glimpse our small part of the ancient caldera with Mt Warning (Wollumbin) in the distance. While you are there pick some ripe mangoes and take them home for a sweet treat. Back at the carriages the herb garden will assault your senses with the aroma of wild basil, thyme, lavender, lemon balm and mint…weaving a spell to enthuse you to cook up something mouth-watering in the kitchen.
