Our affordable and high-quality cabin accommodation includes 2x fully self-contained 2-bedroom cottages right in the heart of Boonah. Just an hour from Brisbane, and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast, we are primely located for a quick trip away from the city. This property is perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic getaway or for families to relax and explore the stunning countryside. Our 40 acres of farmland have a collection of heritage horse-drawn implements for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy a glass of wine while the sun goes down. There is something for everyone with plenty to see and do during your stay at Milford Country Cottages. Milford Country Cottages has two accommodation options, Rose Cottage, and Bottle Tree Cottage, plus hectares of land to explore. Great for a romantic weekend for couples. Ideal for families (2 adults, 2 children). Each cottage has been carefully decorated and each has its own character to make you feel at home whilst enjoying a country escape. Both cottages are fully self-contained with all amenities available, including all bed and bathroom linen. They are fully air-conditioned for your comfort and feature two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with twin singles. We also have disabled access at our Rose Cottage with a wheelchair access ramp and widened doorways. Each cottage has parking adjacent to them for easy access and convenience. Check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is by 10 am (a later check-out can be easily arranged.

We have a variety of campsites to choose from. Camping is presently basic as we are building it up and is better suited for campers with fully equipped 4WD. Some campsites are more secluded than others, some have toilets and of course great views. The kids will love toasting marshmallows around the campfire in the evenings. Sit back, relax and gaze at the stars. Pets welcome. The property is hilly and may be unsuitable for camper homes. No harming the wildlife, our wildlife is harmless if you do not provoke it or threaten it, Please use water wisely . There are dams and water holes and drains on the property as it is a working farm.

Harry's Hideout is a renovated retro Viscount caravan. Situated at the back of our property on your own private grass area. Get away from it all and stay under the stars! We live in a quiet and leafy part of the world and you will relax the moment you arrive. If you own a horse and are interested in bringing it with you, let us know as we have an arena that can be used! Harry (the van) has had a refresh whilst also retaining some original features inside. Campers will need to supply their own toilet and shower. Harry is equipped with an outdoor BBQ, coffee machine, toaster and kettle but if there is something else you might need, just ask! If you want any recommendations of good things to do nearby, we can help. The bed is also SUPER comfy - it really is glamping! Guest access Where Harry is located on our property, will be all yours. A short walk up the stairs will find our inground pool which you are also welcome to use during your stay (which is a shared space with us). Other things to note Should you wish to order a breakfast basket, wine and cheese platter or anything that would make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know and these can be arranged for an extra fee.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. Friendly ducks, geese, fish, horses and an abundance of native wildlife live here. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area. Sites are part of The Bush Clinic where we specialise in designing and making natural creams, soaps, teas, dodorants and other products as well as running regular Meditation courses and topics such as Energy, Frequency, Grounding and Advanced Organic Growth techniques for those wanting to join in are formally available during your stay. We are new to HipCamp so have limited facilities at present, but they are in progress and we have loads of space per site, comfortable, and lots to offer for those wanting to reconnect with Nature. If you know what ley-lines are - this is the right place to visit ;-) PS if you are towing a van or camper pls remember to engage 4wd at the front gravel gate (low range 2nd is best). This helps avoid chewing the road up...
