We have 33 acres that we have been working on for the last 15 months to try and create our own slice of freedom. We have the goal of becoming as self sufficient as possible and currently we are producing a large amount of our own food. We have a massive array of animals and always are having new additions, which is always exciting. We are open to people coming to just experience what we have created or even getting their hands dirty. We have learnt so much coming here and are happy to pass on what ever knowledge that we have gained but also open to learn from you all too. We are located about 40mins from Agnes Water and are super connected to the amazing Agnes community. Rare Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit gardens. We produce fruit from November until May. We have over 100 different varieties of dragon fruit, with each one having different foliage characteristics and tastes, like watermelon, lime, coconut, lychee and more. Half of our 3.7 Acres is farm forestry that we are building a syntropic farm in. We are 5km from the beach, 4.5 km from the nearest supermarket and 13km from 1770 headland. 12km to the north we have Eurimbula National Park where you can explore middle creek and Eurimbula creek. 8km to the South we have Deep-Water National Park, where you can discover by 4wd some amazing uncrowded beaches. Close by we have Agnes Water main beach, Workman’s beach, Chinamans beach and Springs beach to explore. 1770 headland offers a short walk with an amazing view. Every second Sunday at the 1770 rotary park we have a local market which is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and veg. Agnes water and 1770 has that small town feel and slowed-down pace with lots of friendly locals making it a great place to explore, take a deep breath and relax. We do not provide power, water or toilet this is for off grid campers only.

Agnes Water Base Camp is a dog-friendly retreat spread over 120 acres of beautiful bushland. The property offers a range of sites set within this scenic natural environment, with more sites continually being created as the regrowth is cleared. While the track around the property currently has some overhanging saplings, it's ideal for walking and exploring, unless you wish to risk scratching your vehicle. This area is a work in progress and is constantly improving. The highlight of the camp is the large, swimmable dam, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The property also boasts approximately 250 fruit trees and is home to Brahma chickens and roosters, adding to the rustic charm. There's a 3-kilometer walking trail for those who love to hike, and you'll find potable water and ample firewood available. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Sunsets at Agnes Water Base Camp are absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the nearby mountain ranges. When night falls, the starry skies above are nothing short of magnificent, making it an ideal spot for witnessing astrological events reflected in the tranquil waters of the dam. This camp offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and rustic charm for your getaway.
