You may also camp in the dam paddock (when available) if you have a 4WD however, you will need to be completely self sufficient with your own porta potty. We are farmers, living the dream on 500 acres in beautiful Bellingen. Our farm is called Levenvale Farm. You will feel a million miles away, yet we are only 7mins into the town of Bellingen. We run an organic cattle property and have found a few spots around our farm to share with campers and glampers. Our campsites are "Beyond the Bridge" and "Old Flat Camp". Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and open air outdoor camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both the Hut and the Tent are furnished with beds and linen but have no power. Both share access to a Drop Loo and a compost toilet, with gas hot water shower (in our very rustic Horse Float ensuite). At all our sites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. Reach out if you want us to have them defrosted for your arrival. HIDING IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYWHERE! Pure. Unadulterated. WILD. 104 very private acres, securely sandwiched between a National Park Nature Reserve and State Forest. On a dead end road. No agriculture or farms upstream, only one other like-minded property owner. Secluded, but hiding smack bang in the middle of everywhere! From vertiginous sandstone cliffs on which epipetrics cling tight, right through to palm-filled rainforests, and with two quite different creek systems (including a monster waterfall), you'll be spoiled for things to do and places to explore - without even leaving the property! HISTORY This land is Gumbaynggirr land. Please be particularly mindful of our First Nation's long presence on this land. In the 1800's, white men came seeking Red Cedar, closely followed by settlers having a go at dairying; though logging has remained this area's mainstay. This special property, despite last being selectively logged about 50 years ago, hosts many huge old-growth trees remaining steadfast for your discovery and wonder. And many more are continuing to grow out too. About 35 years ago about nine of this property's eastern-most 104 acres became part of a far larger nashi pear orchard which filled much of the flats of this top end of the valley that you see today. Ultimately they failed to set good commercial fruit, and the rootstocks took over. You can see remnant rows of these trees just south of the property, from along the road. (Beware though - they have spikes that could puncture Caterpillar tracks!) MORE RECENTLY extensive lantana control efforts have been undertaken as we now move into revegetating with native species and implementing a permaculture plan. Today the property is registered with Land For Wildlife and hosts a very wide mix of native vegetation communities. ACTIVITIES Bird watch. Climb. Abseil. Photograph wildflowers. Paint. Swim. Located on a 230 acre estate, we have something for everyone including a charming Rustic Cabin recycled from the original homestead from 1890! This is a great base camp to explore the beautiful Coffs Coast with many attractions, and a short 10 minute drive to the famous Moonee Beach, Emerald Beach and Moonee Market which has a large Coles and Aldi, as well as specialty shops, cafe, restaurants and the family friendly Moonee Beach Tavern. Suitable for caravans, motorhomes, or any RV, 2WD's, tents, camper trailers and 4WD's with excellent all weather access straight off the main sealed road👍🏼 Lovely shady sites as well as plenty of open sunny pasture for your solar with use of shared port-a-loo in main camping paddock. You may also camp in the dam paddock (when available) if you have a 4WD however, you will need to be completely self sufficient with your own porta potty. Firewood is available to be purchased from reception. *DUE TO FIRE ANT OUTBREAK IN QLD AND NSW, BRING YOUR OWN (BYO) FIREWOOD IS NOT PERMITTED* Hand feed the farm animals or enjoy hours of bush walking or perhaps have a picnic by the dam overlooking the horses grazing or discover our Secret Garden! Suitable for large groups such as 4WDs, family gatherings, horse riders, weddings and school groups. Plenty of space and privacy. PLEASE NOTE: - CHECK IN CLOSES AT 8PM - Potable water is limited due to weather conditions (drought), and the farm being on tank water. Please fill your vans or tanks BEFORE you arrive. - We are a campground, NOT a 4WD park. 4WDs or motorbikes are NOT to be ridden on the property. Motorbikes need to be registered to ride in the State Forest. - Due to repeated incidents involving our poultry, dogs are no longer allowed. - Our moderate cancellation policy requires a cancellation of 72 hours ahead of check in time for a refund. Date modification requests within 24 hours of check in time will not be accepted. - No refunds will be issued for early departures after arrival.

Oasis of Hope

Nested in the Coffs Harbour hinterland is this stunning 250 acre property, offering both powered and unpowered site options and great facilties over 2 campsites. Wayper Creek flows though the property, and there are manicured lawns, a large toilet and shower block with hot showers, a caravan dump point, a large BBQ shelter, firepit, and lots of lovely spots to enjoy the plethora of wildlife. During holiday season we have a second campsite opened, which has lovely amenities, too. We regularly have abseilers come down our creek, as a set of 7 waterfalls is only a 60-minute hike through the creek away. It is a stunning place for relaxation. Pets are welcome too.

Sites are accessible by all types of vehicles such as RVs, caravans, motorhomes, big rigs, camper trailers or basic tent camping. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood is available at $15 per bag and bonus inclusion of a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area! Shower & toilet available. There is 350 km of dirt trails in the very large Orara State Forest behind our property which is great for mountain bike riding, or horse riding (no horse riding permitted on the property). Nestled along a picturesque 1-km stretch of the Bellinger River, our camping grounds offer level, grassy sites with open spaces perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Just a short walk into town, you’ll find a charming milk bar serving fresh fish and chips only 700 meters down the road, or for the adventurous, swim across the river for breakfast or lunch at the iconic Old Butter Factory Cafe. Enjoy complimentary on-site kayaking, fishing right from your camp, and a chance to spot the elusive platypus! A new fence keeps the cows out, so you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Facilities include a pit toilet. We welcome pets and families, with free entry for children. Only one vehicle per booking is allowed, though we can easily accommodate group bookings on a single site—just email us to arrange. Caravan hire is also available for added convenience.

Riverfront campground on the majestic Kalang River. Boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming literally on your doorstep. 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour, 5 minutes from Urunga town centre. All sites are generally level and grassed. Communal fire pits and potable water on-site. All campers must be self contained ( rubbish, toilet, grey water). Use of boat ramp, jetty and kayaks available from farm house. Due to our coastal location camp may close in extended periods of wet weather. This is a dog friendly campground inviting self contained campers to enjoy our beautiful property. Raised individual fire pits are allowed ( no fires on the ground)
