We had such a wonderful stay at The Paddock at Ulupna. The facilities were excellent and well looked after, and the whole site felt incredibly peaceful and serene — the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Bernie was fantastic, regularly checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable, which made the experience even more welcoming.

I had a lovely spot under the trees and next to the water, it was peaceful and I listened to frogs all night, did a few walks in the bush which the dogs enjoyed. John was friendly and just left me alone to enjoy the peace.

We enjoyed our stay at The Paddock, nice open space with plenty of room between campers.
Enjoyed being able to light a fire right next to our camp. The facilities are dated, but a handy addition to the site.

We loved staying at the Paddock in Ulupna. The owner was really nice and helpful. It’s a well looked after property and good for a group because there’s plenty of space. Lots of facilities like a big kitchen, toilets and showers. Thanks John for a great time! We had a group of 8 and everyone loved it!

This property is so special! John was so kind and welcoming, I had been a bit worried it was going to be too busy for a long weekend but it’s so spacious and we were able to find a great spot! The perfect one for our group of 3 - 2 campers and a van. The kids had a ball and everything felt really safe.
My only note would be that the Ulupna Beach reserve track runs alongside the property and some cars go quite fast, so just be mindful of dogs and little ones ☺️
We will be back! Amenities were great and manageable even for a busy weekend.

Beautiful spot near Ulupna Beach. We bought our older style Jayco pop-top with no issues. Appreciated being able to choose our own site. Plenty of room and very handy having a toilet and shower available with small children!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at The Paddock at Ulupna! The land is absolutely stunning! Easy to find a peacefully area, well-maintained, and perfect for getting back to nature. While we were ready to rough it out, the toilets and showers were a welcome luxury.
The host John, and his dog were amazing—so friendly and passionate about the place—and the staff were just as welcoming. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making this campground special. Whether you're after a relaxing escape with the family, or an off-grid adventure, this spot has it all. We can't wait to come back!

Just delightful! What a beautiful spot, so lucky to be able to get to places like this, thank you John.
Place was busy on Saturday for long weekend but thoroughly enjoyed the festival feel with festoon lights and happy people.

The Paddock at Ulupna was awesome for camping! We took our dog too and she loved it. We chose a site close to the water and it was beautiful, heaps of wildlife too. The amenities were great with flushing toilets and hot showers. Short drive to Ulupna beach. Would definitely stay there again, thanks John!

Great camping spot! Nice spread out camping area. The host was friendly and welcoming, and was able to offer power for our van, an added bonus on a really hot weekend. Great location to access the river beach. Great for groups who are spread out over cabins and camping.

Paddock at Ulupna is such a beautiful, peaceful place to visit. Full of history, flora and fauna (koala's, an Emu and many kangaroos)
We would highly recommend visiting this gorgeous little spot.
John (host) and Oreo (doggo) such welcoming hosts!
We enjoyed our mini getaway and look forward to returning to Paddock at Ulupna very soon!!
