We had such a fantastic time at this farm stay! Vicky and John were incredible hosts - so friendly and welcoming, and they kept us well stocked with firewood the whole time. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful and full of amazing wildlife! We saw so many animals! It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Eden Vale Shearing Sheds – Rustic Escape with All the Perks
We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Vale Shearing Sheds. It’s the perfect in-between of camping and a cabin – rustic and charming, but with all the essentials: electricity, a fridge, kitchen, comfy beds, and a hot shower. There’s even a fireplace inside for those chilly nights, and a clean toilet just outside. If your stay is in winter, we highly recommend a heated blanket and warm clothing and bedding as it gets very cold. The property is peaceful and spacious, with plenty of room to wander and explore. Access requires crossing a creek, so if there’s been rain, a 4WD is highly recommended. The hosts were attentive and kept our fire wood atocked and very friendly, love that they can share their family farm with all of us, Such a unique and relaxing spot – we’ll definitely be back!

What an incredible rustic and charming accommodation!
A visit in winter is not for the faint hearted but with piping hot showers, an indoor fireplace and plenty of red wine we had a very enjoyable experience that we are sure to remember 😄
The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and tidy 👌

We had a really good stay at the Eden Vale Shearing Shed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely rustic charm. It was peaceful and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a quiet escape in the countryside!

Vicky and John are amazing hosts. Very responsive and accommodating.
Their place has so much character and had everything we needed for a memorable week and it has all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you could need. John was very generous with the firewood and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. If you get the chance I recommend you check their place out. We managed to make some damper and cook on the outside cooking station.
A little chilly during the winter, but we have some good rated sleeping bags and swags.

Victoria and John have truly got the most incredible little paradise set up for everyone to enjoy…we spent the weekend at the end of June and the views, the amenities and the hospitality weee all just breathtaking. We can’t wait to visit again, the dogs swam in the creek, we pottered around with our little girl and have an absolute ball. Out of service and off the grid the perfect place to disconnect from life for a few days with the people you love most ♥️

Weekend Trip to Eden Vale Shearing Shed Camp
We loved staying at the shearing shed! It is a really unique place to stay and a lot of effort has gone into making a working shearing shed into a rustic spot to have a nice holiday. There is a kitchen and hot water and shower which makes it a big step up from camping. There was plenty of firewood provided to keep us warm throughout our stay. We spent the time doing bushwalks in the national parks around Tenterfield and even a little explore up the creek near the shearing shed. A highlight was sitting on the porch drinking a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the picturesque farm land. The hosts are very friendly and made sure we are comfortable and the directions to the shed were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks to Vicky and John for having us.
