Two Little Piggies

8 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents36 acres · Wayo, NSW
Situated on an amazing 36 acres located only 15 minutes from Goulburn NSW whilst overlooking the magnificent lake Pejar. We are currently establishing our cattle and produce enterprise at Wayo. Whilst driving up our driveway through the corridor of birch trees you will start to immerse yourself and unwind before arriving at your campsite over the hill. We have 4 very unique sites ranging from absolute luxury and pampering (including all food as a package) at our glamping lodging to just pitching a tent in a secluded patch of our cattle paddock. Every site is unique and special offering amazing views and experiences and although we do have several sites, you do have your own space to roam around and unwind. Fur babies are most welcome though please ensure your fury friend is good with other dogs as we do from time to time have other families stay with their dogs. We have access to the lake only 2 minutes from our farm gate. There is amazing fishing with Bass and Trout in the lake as well as non motorised sports for a peaceful getaway. If doing nothing is your thing, then sit back in front of the fire, enjoy a beer or wine and just admire the views. We just know you will love staying on our little slice of paradise, one of the districts best kept secrets and views :) Please note that there is a minimum one weeks notice for all extras (just so we can make everything perfect for your visit)

Maddara.Organic.Farm.and.Art

9 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents120 acres · Yass River, NSW
Once a much larger property, we purchased our 120-acre (50-hectare) in 1984 as a means to live sustainably and raise a family. Living in our shed whilst we prepared the garden, put in watering infrastructure and built our house which we finally moved in when our daughter was 6 months old in 1990. Over the ensuing years we have continued to increase biodiversity on the property and set it up so we can live sustainably, harvesting our own water, electricity and food. If your lucky you could get a hamper of our product when there is sufficient in season. With the increased biodiversity you will find that in the mornings and evenings kangaroos and wallabies will visit with the occasional echidna, rabbit and hare; and to forget the large array of bird life - that may wake you early in the morning with the songs. This campsite is set on lovely grassy open areas interspersed with gum trees. The sunrise looks spectacular near the dam, when the trees give off a lovely glow. The main paddock has a Geodome, a shared space for relaxing in. With all that space you can park and set up camp anywhere in the paddock. There is access to drinking water, toilets, and a hot shower. Around the dome is a firepit, drinking water and a camp kitchen. The firepit features an Argentinian BBQ and a plate for cooking. The kitchen has plates, cups, cutlery, and other bits and pieces for you to use. We also allow for your pets to stay onsite, this also includes horses. If you want exclusive use of the paddocks - refer to Group Bush Retreat.

The Smallest Country In Australia

4 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents200 acres · Reids Flat, NSW
Discover Atlantium - The Smallest Country in Australia! Welcome to Atlantium, a unique campsite located on a 0.76 square kilometre pastoral estate in the scenic Lachlan River valley, nestled between Crookwell and Cowra. Founded in 1981 by a group of teenagers in Sydney, Atlantium has since evolved into a global civil society organisation and micronation, boasting thousands of citizens across over a hundred countries. Atlantium is the only country you can drive to from Australia, making it a one-of-a-kind destination. Since acquiring our 200-acre pastoral estate near Reids Flat, NSW, in 2008, we've developed it as our ceremonial capital. Visitors can explore Government House (the Golden House), our post office, a pyramid, and various other monuments and buildings. Our facilities are entirely independent of the Australian power, gas, and water grids. Government House features a gas fridge, BBQ facilities, solar-powered lighting, a solar-powered induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, music system, television, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The bathroom includes a waterless composting toilet, and an outdoor shower is also available. Additionally, Atlantium is equipped with a super-fast Starlink satellite internet service. Guests have full access to the 0.76 square kilometres (200 acres) of natural bushland within Atlantium's borders. Enjoy hiking, bird-watching, mountain bike riding, picnicking, or swimming in our unspoiled forests, fields, and lakes while taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding Australian countryside. Visit the only pyramid in Australia and several other commemorative monuments. Official Atlantium souvenirs such as stamps, coins, banknotes, postcards, and flags are available for purchase from the post office. Atlantium is located in an isolated rural area at the end of a 100-metre-long rough dirt and gravel driveway, surrounded by untamed grasslands and forests teeming with wildlife, including insects, spiders, snakes, lizards, birds, and marsupials. Summer temperatures can be extremely hot, and winters can be cold enough for occasional snow. Although Government House has reverse cycle air conditioning, please consider weather conditions if you are sensitive to temperature extremes. Electronic devices can be charged via a USB charger connected to our solar power system. Guests need to bring their own USB charger for non-Android devices. Accommodation at Atlantium is in a modest 10 x 3m one-room cabin, offering comfortable and well-appointed facilities with new, high-standard furnishings and appliances. The cabin includes hot and cold running water, solar lights, an electric fridge/freezer, a two-hob induction cooktop, an indoor shower, and a composting toilet. Entertainment options include a television with access to streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Stan, as well as high-speed Starlink satellite internet service. Voice-over Wi-Fi calls can be made with a compatible Telstra handset when logged into our Wi-Fi network. Bedding is regularly changed and cleaned between guest visits. If needed, guests can find a supply of clean linen in the closet and clean towels in the chest of drawers. Please note, we do not provide a concierge service, baggage assistance, or transportation to local attractions or public transport hubs. We are not a hotel or motel, but rather a unique and self-sufficient camping experience. Come and experience the serenity and uniqueness of Atlantium, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while exploring a truly extraordinary micronation.

We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. All camping areas can cater for a number of caravans/tents if you’re travelling with friends. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. The hut has its own toilet available and is for people staying in the hut only. If the hut is booked prior to any campers booking, that area will be unavailable for campers. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. Travellers Village Rest

3 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents2 acres · Bowning, NSW
Stay on our 2 acre block on the edge of a small village in the southern tablelands of NSW. We are conveniently close to the Hume Highway, with a level grassed site with scattered gum trees providing shade. Travellers between Melbourne and Sydney can easily pull in off the highway for a quick set up for the night, then be back on the road the next morning. Alternatively, our site is an excellent base to stay for a few days while you explore Canberra and surrounds, as it is an hour to the Nation’s capital. Sure, we can hear the highway and occasional trains as they go past on the main line but there are also plenty of bird calls and some neighbouring wallabies. There is a small creek on the boundary of the camping block that attracts birds but is not suitable for swimming. We have town water available for campers and toilet facilities are a short 400m walk to the middle of the village. The nearest dump point is 15 minutes away in the town of Yass. Winters are excellent for small fires for cooking and then putting another log on to enjoy the rest of the evening under the stars. We have dedicated fire pits or you can use your own. As an added bonus, there are metal sculptures dotted around the block created by the host. Each site is spacious enough for up to 4 vans if you are travelling in a group. It is easy to navigate through the trees and use it as a drive through.
