So cute and clean! The tent had plenty of room for our group of five. It was a little chilly during November so make sure to bring blankets. The bathroom was a short walk away from the tent and was immaculately clean. Will definitely be coming here again!

My Husband and I spend a night in this lovely tent.
The tent is big enough for 6 people and we stayed warm all night due to the quality of it.
The bonfire is a perfect addition for a chill evening and they even provide games such as jenga. Our dog had plenty of room to play in the backyard. We will definitely be back with some friends soon.

We reserved this place the last minute. Just needed to get away for a day. The pictures on the site looks exactly how it is in person. This is our first time not having to pitch our own tent. The place came in with a canvas bell tent. It’s huge for me and my son and came with a floor padding which saved time we didn’t have to blow up our sleeping pads. We hoped we brought our dogs cause they would’ve loved the place. The owners have a dog in the property and separated from the camp site. The dog was outside inside the kennel when we arrived but was put inside the house shortly. We met with Riley upon arrival who gave us the tour and even helped us start the campfire. We arrived at dark after 6 pm. The campsite is inside a property’s backyard. I had to reassure my son that we’re ok. Definitely need to get used to that idea as Hipcamp campers. We’ve camped out and pitched our tent in a horse ranch and this is our second time using Hipcamp. The place is beautiful and photogenic as well. We definitely will come back again. Carol the host was pleasant and even recommended a place for us to bike since she saw we brought our bikes on back of our Jeep. She even offered we could stay longer and not have to rush to check out since they didn’t have people coming for the day. Thank you Carol and Riley for hosting your place!

Stayed for three nights. It was a wonderful private space after exploring Oceanside, Carlsbad and Del Mar. The decor and plants surrounding the campsite is lovely. Really nice to have a bathroom and hot shower. Carole is a welcoming host. Highly recommend.

Loved our recent stay at Carole's site. The property is beautiful with tons of insane plants and cacti. It's close enough to town for a quick getaway and makes for a perfect date night or a solo trip. Very peaceful, cozy, and clean! The yurt is new and a private bathroom and shower are provided. Would highly recommend.

Carole was a great host! Her site was a perfect get away for a weekend. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and was perfect.

The location is conveniently accessible but still away from the hustle of the city.

This morning we had a couple of super friendly kitties come visit. Wish they had come by sooner, we would have spoiled them rotten.
