Each campsite is extra large for privacy and room to spread out. Dog-friendly.  Watch the sunset while enjoying the picturesque views of the surrounding vineyards.  Walk the streets of our historic downtown and visit the small shops and locally-owned restaurants-- Manny’s Barzzeria, Mc Broodery's, Pineapples, or Peters Steak House. Of course, don’t miss out on DeJacks our country store that stocks it all!! Spend the day at the public fishing docks, kayak for the day in the delta waters, or head over to Sherman Islands epic wind/kite surfing areas. Local year-round festivals abound in the Delta and The Meadows is strategically located central to all. Our small town of 800 people will truly give you the feeling of being out of the big city!

Michael and Terri were wonderful hosts, the space was large and Michael helpfully guided me into the parking spot. Next time we would probably opt for the additional garbage bag option/add-on instead of carry in/out. It's a bit pricey, but the convenience/being so close to San Fransisco helped offset.

We were lucky to arrive before the check-in cutoff time and enjoy a leisurely walk around the main street.

Nice broad area for

We had a lovely time! Great hosts, fun with the animals, good food in town and a great day out on the delta. It was a bit exposed when the wind kicked up / but that was expected and just part of camping!!!

Such a cute farm hidden in the town of Isleton. It’s a quiet location off the highway. The hosts were very welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had, we definitely felt like we were at a home away from home there. This was a special camping trip for us as it was our grandsons first camping trip ever and boy did he enjoy learning about and feeding the animals (and so did we) while we were there! We can’t wait to come back! This is definitely on our list for return visits!

What a fantastic time. My partner and I work in the service industry and are quite passionate about it. But this past week we truly learned what it means to host someone. When they say southern hospitality I’d like to think they mean south in the delta at Michael and Terri’s farm in Isleton. You can’t truly imagine the setting unless you go. But Michael made it an experience for us. Highly recommend walking down to the bank of the Sacramento River that runs just up against the “old town” downtown. But don’t stay out too late because no matter the cloud content of sky you miss the sun setting over Mt. Diablo and the north of it strewn with windmills.

Nicest hosts and professionally run. We enjoyed the limited number of campsites and space for our 3 year old to run around. Looking for another date when it’s not so hot during the day. Bring bug spray too but mosquitoes weren’t that bad.

What a lovely spot. My daughter and I decided to get away over Labor Day weekend. We had never explored the Delta Region so found this spot and booked it immediately. We had campsite 4 which was a great location as we were closer to the restrooms and animals and complimentary coffee in the morning, plus we had the “beautiful sunset view.” Both Terri and Michael were very personable and warm hosts. You could tell they cared about their guests and wanted them to feel welcome.

This location was perfect for long days at the River and close proximity to the small towns of the region. We were walking distance to Downtown Iselton where we had dinner the first night. The places Terri and Michael recommended we went to and they did not disappoint. I would trust their recommendations.

The only negative that I noticed over our two night stay was the nearby highway/street noise as the campsite is located between two fairly busy roads. Really nothing can be done about this - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We would definitely come back because for us it really is location and this was just such a lovely spot.

We were able to have a campfire which did help as the sun went down. Air quality was not bad.Loved it More beautiful sunsets The daughter playing me in UNO - she won every game, go figure. We had nice quality time with no devices. Just us, our books, our cards, our kayak and the amazing delta region to play in.

It was great to stay at The Meadows! It was a last-minute getaway and we really enjoyed meeting Michael and Terri who were very accommodating and nice. Plus, the fresh eggs were delicious! The stars were bright at night and there's lots of opportunities nearby to get on the water and explore nearby. We went kayaking and fishing, and were able to head down to the cute little town of Isleton, which is walking distance from the campsite.
