There's no onsite manager but there is someone within a mile of the property if there are needs or issues. Let me know if you want to buy wood as the caretaker sells wood for $10 a night or less if you stay more than one night. You can check yourself in and out with directions that are provided upon booking so you can arrive anytime you want.
The entrance to the property is best for 32 foot or under camper unless you are a miracle worker :). If you don't think you can pull a trailer from the sharp left on the road you can go up the road about 1.5 miles and turn around so it's an easy right.

I really enjoyed my time staying at Patricia's property and definitely plan on going back. It is a large space so I will be sure to bring more friends next time as well.
The fire pit was great and was set up with lots of firewood and large logs to surrounding for seating. They even provided a shovel to tend the fire and a large jug of water to make sure it was completely out at the end of the night. So thoughtful and very much appreciated!
Patricia was a very welcoming host and provided detailed instructions and video of how to find the spot so I was able to navigate straight there without any issues.
Beautiful views, great camp!
Amazing site!!! Great views, beautiful well taken care of camp. Patricia was an excellent host, we had wood for the fire waiting for us and information on the local area was available upon request. We would DEFINITELY stay again.
I wanna keep this one a secret!
It's true, I wish I could keep this one a secret but I don't want to cheat Patricia out of a well deserved review :) This is indeed a little slice of heaven! A hidden oasis all to yourself. Beautiful skies, amazing view and clean fresh air. A real blessing.
Patricia was great with communication and the caretaker who lives nearby was very helpful. Once you're there you've got the whole place to yourself.
It's a very private spot and the neighboring properties are very quiet. On the nearby roads I think I heard maybe 3 cars passing by the entire 2 days I was there.
Also, the drive up thru Woody, Glennville, Idlewild is really beautiful. Rolling hills, trees, rocks, farms, livestock. For a city-slicker like me the casual drive thru such picturesque country is a real treat.
thanks Patricia - will return for sure!
Quiet, nice views, tricky driveway
Nice, quiet spot deep in the hills among cattle ranchers with a nice view. Just a simple open lot carved into a hillside. Up the road are mountains and trails to explore in the Sequoia National Forest. Only downside was the difficulty of entering the site with a long travel trailer. Ours is 32ft and we couldn't get in without damaging a leveling jack under the back of the trailer, scrubbing against several bushes, and doing a little "unscheduled landscaping". The drive way is a pretty sharp and steep hairpin turn off the paved road onto dirt. Would not recommend anything over 24ft, especially if you don't want scuffs or undercarriage damage. 4WD also strongly recommended if towing a trailer. Fortunately all we damaged was a $40 leveling jack which is easily replaced. Aside from the difficulties getting in and out of the site with a 32ft trailer, it was a nice spot to stay!
Great place with awesome views
This is a great place near Sequoia national forest. It is a flat, sandy pad on a hillside with views on three and a half sides. Patricia arranged for her caretaker to meet me and show me the place. He was very kind and helpful. I barely had a cell signal so he told me how to find his house, less than a mile away, should I need anything. Patricia was very responsive and helpful. The national forest is only a mile further up the road and we found several great places to walk the dogs. I will definitely go back.
