If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Staying at Oz Farm was a great first step towards one day actual camping for this new to camping family. No plugs (only for USB devices), a hot outdoor shower, running water inside and being able to cook were all appreciated. We came with our 4 and 6 year old, and they were thrilled with the loft bed and outhouse experience! And that wasn’t sarcasm! We had a bit of a hiccup with our arrival but Abby thankfully was there to help us get settled, thanks Abby! The kids are already asking to go back!
Great place in point arena area!
We had a great time - we so pleased to see that everything was very much as described, and it was a very comfortable and attractive small cabin for us as a mother and son duo. Both beds were large and comfortable, the kitchen was well fitted out in a basic style, the stove worked well, as did the water supply (hot and cold), the outdoor shower, and the GREAT wood-burning stove which heated the cabin very well. Do take seriously the coordination and energy needed to get any large amount of stuff up the hill from the parking to the cabin! And there were a few lights that were burned out. But otherwise, really great. Bring a headlamp to get to the outhouse at night, and remember there is no electric outlet - just a charger for phones and iPads. Have fun! Highly recommend.
A perfect, cozy getaway
Oz farm is a magical place! The cabins all feel so secluded and private. They were really cozy and stocked with the essentials. The farm is beautiful and well located next to so many amazing coastal hikes. And Abby made sure we had everything we needed and was really responsive. What more could you want? Get the hard cider - it's delicious and you won't be disappointed.
highly recommended. It’s just a lovely rustic working farm . We ended up staying in sunset yurt which was perfect for our family of four with two kids age 2 and 3. It’s a little hike to the yurt but the kids loved carrying lanterns at night the privacy at the top of the hill and the warm wood stove at night which kept the yurt really warm. The produce box was amazing and the kitchen well equipped to cook and just enjoy. Shout out to the staff nina and Abby.
