Bill and Josephine were excellent hosts. They provide so many great amenities in the form of:
- Outdoor refrigeration
- Microwave, cooking utensils, grill
- EZ Ups for shade
Their property was easy to find and if you are planning on going to Yosemite, this is a great spot for those traveling by air who may want to be packing light.
Well situated site for yosemite
We needed a place to park our camping van and Josephine’s place was perfectly situated, just 35 minutes from Yosemite’s south entrance. She was very friendly and greeted us each day. Great hostess!
Josephine’s property was a good place to stay. We were 30 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite. It was really nice to have access to a grill, microwave, and mini fridge. Josephine is very friendly and responsive. We would stay definitely here again, but in the sunny summer heat, it was difficult not being able to shower. But that’s camping!
Josephine's place was great! She's incredibly hospitable and makes you feel right at home. Such a unique and fun experience! I would recommend this as a great spot for campers.
Josephine was super sweet
Loved our stay, felt safe which was important because we were first time visitors to the area. Yosemite valley is 1.5 hrs from this location, 52 miles. Not idea for us and honestly had I known we would have picked another location. Josephine was nice but a bit much. I was exhausted and just wanted to park and sleep in our camper van. Instead she wanted to introduce me to everyone and took an awkward pic of me. Also gave me a bag of weed and wine. I was traveling with my fourteen year old. Not appropriate and no welcome. Really wish we had stayed somewhere else. Also had to book two days and we decided to not go back.
One of a kind
Josephine was amazing host, she is crazy but in a awesome way! She made us feel at home, she was very generous and accommodating. Our texas gang really bonded with josephine and we are so happy to have met her and stayed an extra night. We plan on coming back just to visit josephine and her unique property. we love you, thank you for everything! Love, the texas gang
Josephine was incredible and the campsite was perfect. She has EVERYTHING you need! There’s plenty of stores and restaurants nearby if you need anything from there as well. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much to Josephine for everything.
