Description

Obsidian Campground is nestled in a forest of aspen and pine on Molybdenite Creek. Popular with anglers, Little Walker River is stocked with trout, just a short walk away from camp. There’s tons of great hiking around here! Take Molybdenite Creek Trail south into the Hoover Wilderness, or north along Wheeler Creek. Or, start at Emma Lake Trailhead, which leads to a short and steep hike to the pristine Emma Lake.
