Site #1- Full Hook ups
A wonderful stay at a beautiful home. Our kids loved the animals and playing with the host's children. Both Ann and Cesar were lovely to talk to and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a great site! Level parking with hookups as advertised but that doesn't begin to describe it. Such welcoming hosts. From the full bar to the farm animals and plenty of fun for the kids and adults alike! We had a great time and will be back.

Great place to escape the city life
This location is genuinely a concealed treasure, particularly with only two RV spots accessible. They provide complete hookups and have a modest farm, fire pits, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and much more. I highly recommend this location if you seek a pleasant escape during your travel adventure!

Hazel Homestead was ✨everything✨ and more! The hosts were so welcoming and involved, helping my girls to feed the animals and welcoming us to visit their shed-bar, “The Rowdy Rooster!” Such a wonderful couple who have made their home into something truly memorable. We brought our trailer and used one of their full hook up spots and it was absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough great things about this wonderful place and look forward to our return!

HQ for Exploration of Central Coast
We are so lucky to have found this place. We pulled in our 21’ Class B van and my daughter and her family set up a tent. Our lovely hosts set us up with firewood, a fire pit, full hook up, toys for the toddler, and beverages. We enjoyed fresh eggs from their chicken every morning and then it was off to explore the area by car and motorcycle.
Ann and Cesar go out of their way to be personal and helpful. They also have a small farm with goats, hogs, and of course, the chickens. My grandson had a blast feeding the animals, petting the animals, and dropping lots of food for the chickens to peck; a novel experience for an LA kid.
Nipomo is a quiet part of the world, adjacent to Santa Maria for logistics, and also the coast, hills, and wine country for tourism. After my kids left, we explored the coastal towns, the hills, Highway 1, and some wineries. Five nights hardly seemed enough.
Hard facts: plenty of privacy for staying in a neighborhood, good level places for the van, a pleasant picnic area, and security behind a private gate.
