I came here with a group of coworkers for a staff retreat. We stayed two nights. It was a great space and set up for 7 people! We were able to meet indoors and out on the porch, cook meals and stay cool in the September heat.
The house was a little dusty but workable. There were lots of clean towels, extra blankets and pillows. There were a fair amount of provided random kitchen items we ended up using, although we needed more large bowls and an extra pot.

Highlights: the host, Hallelujah, was very responsive and came by once when we arrived to see if we had everything we needed. He encouraged us to use the hot tub, up the hill, behind his house - and wow! Watching the moon rise and soaking under the stars was truly special.
There are also several trails to stretch your legs, appreciate the nature and run into wildlife.

Lovely site! Hallelujah was a friendly host who showed us around and welcomed us to the site. Rental house was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - had two bathrooms and onsite laundry, plus plenty of sleeping space! A heat wave rolled in while I was planning my trip, and Halle took the time to cool off the guest house and make sure everything was comfortable when me and my friends came in. Beautiful location, easy drive from the Bay Area, very chill camp host. I'm already planning a return visit.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. Check in was easy and Halle showed us around the 40 acre property which is completely accessible to guests. The house is very spacious and great for groups. St. Helena is a 20 min drive away which gives access to wonderful hiking and climbing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place. The views are majestic. Host is super friendly and nice. The photos on Hipcamp don’t do justice , the place is prettier than pics. Only thing I would have loved is to have our own fireplace to sit with family.

This listing is good for a group of people who want to have a party. Its big and you have privacy. I chose this place as a splurge to try and relax after a rough month of work-I was drawn by the hot tub and the soaking tub. Upon arrival the host was at the house getting it ready mask-less. I was deathly sick with covid last year and my housemate is immune compromised so I felt unsafe as soon as we got there. People hosting the public should abide by basic public health guidelines.
The house is spacious although I didn't feel it was particularly clean. When we get there we find out that the hot tub is up a hill (you have to drive up) and behind the hosts house. I'm a very understanding person, I can hang, so we go up and get in-and its not so hot. Its okay but disappointing. At this point I'm still staying positive--I'm like, okay, I'll take a nice bath at the house. So we go back and I start a bath, get in when there's about an inch of warm water and then realize the water coming out of the tap is coming out cold. So we boil a big pot of water and carry on but the bath is colder than the hot tub. The following day as we are packing to go the host comes down (mask-less) a quarter before check out and asks us how it was, tells us the water had gone out. I tell him we noticed. Honestly, I couldn't talk with him about it right there because I was too irritated in that moment- I paid over $400 for the hot water and to try and relax my nerves not irritate them. I sent a message to the host over hipcamp asking for a partial refund but the host has not replied.
