Bobcat overlooks our tiny "bunkies" or soon to be completed tiny houses and Barn Owl LookOut Pond. The area is plenty large enough for three of four tents or one under 20' truck/suv and trailer. This will require some backing up skills when leaving the site as it is not a pull through. Low clearance vehicles will have to take a longer route to the campsite as there are often two tiny creeks to cross that feed the ponds.
There is a picnic table but please bring your own chairs. This is a treeless site but is a great place to either bring your own shade or rent one of our ez up pop ups.
When Allowed there is a fire ring with spark cover that can be used to grill, roast marshmallows, or enjoy a fire. Dogs are allowed on leash only. You can access the swimming hole by walking to the opposite of Barn Owl Look Out - it is a shared in the day swimming hole and may be accessed from 10:am to 4:30 pm as there are other campers and potential visitors in the Bunkies.
In spring the campsite is blooming with wildflowers and early green meadow- early to late fall the grasses are tall and golden with the big sky backdrop and Eastern Sierra Mountains in the distance.

Private/beautiful for star gazing.
Wendy and her partner were friendly and welcoming. It was very pleasant talking with them. We had to park the car then stroll up to our site. The site was secluded and we enjoyed the privacy while camping under the stars. We would come back again.
