I've walked out here a couple of times. This is a state park/campground. Very small. Remote, the south east tip of the city. Yes, the sun rises here. I once saw a young family pitching a tent here. It is not a a good neighborhood overall. I live nearby but I don't think I'd have the guts to camp here. Maybe in a couple of years - the natural location is great - it's the hood and remoteness - no one would hear you scream.
